🇮🇱💙 Playing for Team Israel in Spain was an experience I’ll never forget.

The tournament was supposed to be in Pamplona, but the field owners refused to let Israel play. Just two weeks before it began, Zaragoza stepped up and gave us a place to compete.

Every day we had police escorts and private security. There were protests, graffiti, and even firecrackers during one of my at-bats. It was scary — but we kept playing.

We didn’t win a game, but that didn’t matter. Representing Israel meant more than just softball. It was about pride, resilience, and showing up no matter what.

Thank you to Coach Yaniv, @hcbutler10, and @leah20usa — you helped me grow my game, boost my confidence, and have fun. And thank you @ami.baran.94 for everything you do for @israelsoftball 💙

This was about more than sports. It was about standing tall.
Am Yisrael Chai. ✡️🔥
