I've decided to attempt to trade at a few festivals and craft fairs next year. 🫣

This is what the week ahead looks like for me while I experiment with different ideas. Just hope it stays cool as my workshop is wooden and insulated for winter. Putting a fan in there just turns it into a fan-assisted oven.

Toby modelling his new Dragonscale Battle Coat. Tried it out at the Robin Hood Festival in Sherwood over the weekend and everyone loved how sparkly it was 🤩

Handmade from 2mm veg tan leather, carved and painted with metallic acrylics and finished in a clearcoat with added mica flakes for extra glamour.

Just attended the biggest con I've ever been to @comicconlpool

It's been over a year since I've felt motivated to work on my leathercraft, but I think seeing everyone's amazing cosplays has given me a creative boost. Winning 3rd prize in the Cosplay Showcase certainly helped too 😉

Meet the latest employee of Rills Leathercraft. His name is Toby and he is in charge of mental health support. He frequently falls asleep on the job, but so far he is managing to bribe the boss with free kisses and cuddles.

8 weeks old Joodle (or Jackapoo) and as bright as a button. Look out for custom dog collars and harnesses being modelled by him in the future 😘
