Salah satu wishlist aku adalah bisa membicarakan isu perempuan dengan para perempuan.

We often forget how hard we’ve worked for our peace.
We forget that in a world filled with distractions, finding peace is rare.

Digital literacy plays a vital role in preventing and addressing cyberbullying.
By educating oneself about online safety, recognizing signs of cyberbullying, and understanding the impact it can have on mental well-being, individuals can proactively protect themselves and others.

Weekend well spent!

Had so much fun joining Tracey Mallett’s master class at Female Fit Summit 2026. Gerakannya seru-seru banget, keliatannya simple tapi ternyata lumayan bikin gemeter hahaha.

spent the day at Infaillible Lip Salon di PIM 2, nyobain lipstick, keliling cute corners, and taking way too many pictures.

Mulih berarti pulang dalam bahasa Jawa. Dalam pertemuannya dengan kata “pulih”, aku menemukan makna untuk perjalanan kali ini: pulang, sambil memberi diri waktu untuk pulih.

Jogja bersama Mulih Wellness @alchemyjogja . A little pause to pay attention. Banyak belajar soal kesadaran; mengenali pikiran yang datang, perasaan yang sering terlewat, juga kebiasaanku merespons sesuatu sebelum sempat memahami.

Yang paling tinggal di ingatan: “energi terbesar itu bersyukur.” Rasanya sederhana, tapi aku masih perlu belajar. Terutama saat perhatian terlalu sibuk mengurus yang belum ada, sampai yang sudah menemani terasa biasa saja.

Di sini, aku punya waktu untuk menikmatinya. Bergerak, menulis, makan tanpa terburu-buru, duduk mendengarkan cerita. Small moments, and enough time to actually be there.

Pulang dengan beberapa catatan untuk dibaca lagi, dan rasa terima kasih untuk hari-hari ini. Semoga di tengah rutinitas nanti, aku tetap ingat caranya hadir. by @riskaarls
