P.S. I’m the one who designed the apple peel sticker challenge from the first slide; like using a knife to peel an apple in one long strip, can you remove the sticker in one go? It’s doable, but took me three minutes… by @riverbed.collective

Last year I took part in @riverbed.collective open call, Decalmania! A beautiful sticker book featuring artworks by 72 different artists 😍

After being selected, I started thinking about what I could draw. At the time I was working on my thesis and feeling pretty stressed, so without overthinking it I simply let my heart and my hand guide me.

And that’s how little Mirtilla and her mouse friend Elio came to life. They live inside an apple, deep in the woods. 🍎🌿

The book is absolutely beautiful, and it’s filled with so many amazing stickers! I don’t think I’ll ever have the courage to peel one off… 🥺

Thank you again @riverbed.collective for selecting me and for all the beautiful work you’ve put into this project ❤️❤️🫂

We’re looking for an organised, proactive self-starter who’s excited by what we do. Someone who shares our core values, but brings in new ideas, perspectives, and their own expertise. Ultimately, we want someone who can grow with us, eventually becoming part of Riverbed’s core team.

Additional info
- Approximately 4 hours of work per week, although this is flexible
- We will begin reviewing applications on 1st March, 2026
- Three month duration: this position is temporary, with the possibility of renewal
- There’s a staff creative stipend, and we will do anything and everything to provide you with letters of recommendation and references, but this role is NOT meant to substitute a paid job. Riverbed’s entire team works on the collective’s activities as a side project
- Depending on your skillset and interests, you’ll gain experience in: publishing, supplier relations, print production, graphic design, marketing, editing, curation, and more
