The golf course is a place that teaches you so much about yourself. It can be a boon, or a bane, depending on the state of your mind.

What is a life lesson that golf has taught you?

You've heard us talk about @flinggolf before, but what exactly is it? NBNB member and resident flinger @hunt4gs explains all! by @rivercityrogues

A way that @flinggolf and traditional golf can come together is in its short game. In this video I explain spot chipping, picking a precise zone for your ball to land and roll to your desired outcome.

In FlingGolf we have to be more precise, because we don’t have the benefit of backspin, so a specific carry and total number is essential. #flinggolf #golf #rivercityrogues #flinggolfrva by @rivercityrogues

In @flinggolf, much like traditional golf, your short game is incredibly important.

When executing a sidecar, think of different positions of the foot next to the golf ball, and determine the increments of distance from the front, middle, and heel of your foot.

Much like in traditional golf, it's like moving a ball forward, middle, and rearward in your stage. It affects distance, trajectory, and launch angle.

Get comfortable adjusting your ball position and angle of your lead arm and keep the power of your rear arm the same.

Hope this helps.

I've been playing with the @purgolftraining Truth Prepare trainer as a part of my putting training regimen for the last couple of years now.

I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that it has made me so much of a better player.

It's made me more consistent. My putts are straighter and I'm able to hit lines better now than I ever have.

Thank you to David from PUR Golf, and I hope to work with them more as time passes.

Whether you play traditional golf or @flinggolf, you should give this piece of kit a try.

I've been on this journey for a really long time to show that the only difference between traditional golf and @flinggolf is just the method by which we deliver the ball to the golf course. There are a lot of similarities between the two games that we can use to bolster each other.

In this video I want to prove that the golf swing is literally just a throw. If you can throw a ball, if you can throw a punch, you can hit a ball, or you can throw using a fling stick. The sports are damn near interchangeable.

A preview of something I'm working on.

Shout outs to @flinggolf for allowing me to represent them at the @techfortroops 5th Annual Golf Tournament at @richmondcountryclub_va

FlingGolf is a game that truly is for everyone. And I want to help in any way I can to cultivate this game.

This, this is my Dad. @garry.callis.7
He’s 62, and he plays @flinggolf with me.

Yesterday he and I went to @thedominionclub to throw a few balls, and to have a good time together.

A lot of folks in comment sections are gonna see this and say the same old thing, “this isn’t golf” “you’re ruining the game” “shrink the game” or whatever else.

The fact I still get to have fun with my dad, is something I’ll never take for granted. And he’s all in on FlingGolf. He’s a member of the @rivercityrogues for a reason, and the commissioner of a new league we’re putting together.

@standz_22 thank you so much for allowing my dad and me to liberate The Dominion Club. I will never forget this. @worldleagueflinggolf let’s get some pros out here and see what we can do.

Here comes part 2 of Making Cents of It All with Jesse Stakes featuring Garry Callis Jr., WLF. We are diving into one of the fastest‑growing alternative sports in America: FlingGolf by New Swarm. We explore how the sport is evolving, why it’s attracting golfers and non‑golfers alike, and what its rise means for the broader golf and recreation industry. Garry breaks down the culture, the community, and the business opportunities emerging around this new hybrid sport. If you’re curious about where golf‑adjacent sports are heading, this conversation is a must‑listen.
