The golf course is a place that teaches you so much about yourself. It can be a boon, or a bane, depending on the state of your mind.

What is a life lesson that golf has taught you?

You've heard us talk about @flinggolf before, but what exactly is it? NBNB member and resident flinger @hunt4gs explains all!

A way that @flinggolf and traditional golf can come together is in its short game. In this video I explain spot chipping, picking a precise zone for your ball to land and roll to your desired outcome.

In FlingGolf we have to be more precise, because we don’t have the benefit of backspin, so a specific carry and total number is essential. #flinggolf #golf #rivercityrogues #flinggolfrva

In the sport of @flinggolf, distance is not everything but it's pretty important. As one of the smaller guys that are on tour, I'm trying to stay as competitive as I possibly can. In this video I'm just showing a few of my favorite workouts to try to keep myself explosive and to keep myself in the same weight class as a lot of the longer throwers on tour. Hope you guys enjoy.

Also I'm raising some cash to go to Missouri for this last tournament. It's going to be on October 3rd and 4th. If you would like to donate to my GoFundMe, I've got the link for you.

In @flinggolf, much like traditional golf, your short game is incredibly important.

When executing a sidecar, think of different positions of the foot next to the golf ball, and determine the increments of distance from the front, middle, and heel of your foot.

Much like in traditional golf, it's like moving a ball forward, middle, and rearward in your stage. It affects distance, trajectory, and launch angle.

Get comfortable adjusting your ball position and angle of your lead arm and keep the power of your rear arm the same.

Hope this helps.

I've been playing with the @purgolftraining Truth Prepare trainer as a part of my putting training regimen for the last couple of years now.

I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that it has made me so much of a better player.

It's made me more consistent. My putts are straighter and I'm able to hit lines better now than I ever have.

Thank you to David from PUR Golf, and I hope to work with them more as time passes.

Whether you play traditional golf or @flinggolf, you should give this piece of kit a try.

I've been on this journey for a really long time to show that the only difference between traditional golf and @flinggolf is just the method by which we deliver the ball to the golf course. There are a lot of similarities between the two games that we can use to bolster each other.

In this video I want to prove that the golf swing is literally just a throw. If you can throw a ball, if you can throw a punch, you can hit a ball, or you can throw using a fling stick. The sports are damn near interchangeable.

A preview of something I'm working on.

Shout outs to @flinggolf for allowing me to represent them at the @techfortroops 5th Annual Golf Tournament at @richmondcountryclub_va

FlingGolf is a game that truly is for everyone. And I want to help in any way I can to cultivate this game.

Got some pics back from the @worldleagueflinggolf New Swarm Classic, held at @americanclassicgolf in Lewes, DE.

I am posting this the day after Mother's Day, because I was thinking of my mom a lot. This is another Mother's Day without her. But before she died, she saw me hold up that MVP trophy when I competed in the @flinggolf All-Star Skills Challenge. She called me, crying, telling me how proud she was of me. My mom, was dying of metastatic cancer, and she mustered the strength to tell me that.

So since then, FlingGolf has taken a new meaning for me. This was the last thing both of my parents have told me they were proud of me for doing. I love you Mom.

I'm gonna keep trying, I'm gonna keep fighting. Just like you did. Until the very end.

Watch me Momma. Dad has my back, and I know you do too. I also know my @rivercityrogues have my back.

Thank you to @vicegolf for the dope gold Vice Pros I used all weekend, to @mileseeygolf for the ION ME2 rangefinder you see clipped on me, to @vansaintgolf for the dope hoodies that kept me warm, and to @rosebloom_headwear for always having my back and for the awesome ass hats I keep getting.
