Dad, mapgeek, disc golfer, foodie, beer nut. These are the things you will see in my pics.

The IDGC at night.

This sign was along Barton Blvd in Rockledge, FL from 1978 until the late 1980's. I learned how to play disc golf here when I was a teenager, at the Rockledge Disc Golf Course.

"Steady" Ed Headrick, PDGA #001.

The International Disc Golf Center in Appling, GA.

Stork (#003) has his own pavilion!

The main lobby at the IDGC, now home to the Ed Headrick Memorial Museum.

Event disc from the first PDGA World Disc Golf Championships in 1982. (Wham-O 100 mold)

A copy of the PDGA's first course directory. I created this on my Commodore 64 "computer".

John Kirkland, #100, celebrated his Frisbee Golf win at the World Frisbee Championships with this custom-stamp disc.

This display case contains flying discs produced before the 1970's. A Frisbie PieTin, Space Saucer, Lil' Abner Flyin' Saucer, Sailing Satellite, Mystery Y, Wham-O Pro models and a collection of Pluto and Mars Platters with a few Flying Saucers.

The 1970's are represented by collections of Rose Bowl Frisbees, North American Series discs, Wham-O World Class Frisbees, Super Pros and a few more. Each disc has a tag on it's shelf with a QR code linked to the Flying Disc Museum.

A scorecard from Wham-O's $50,000 Tournament, held in 1979 in Huntington Beach, CA.

Two complete 1 thru 8 sets of Midnight Flyers.

I've been working off and on at the PDGA International Disc Golf Center in Appling, GA this summer and fall. There's a tremendous amount of wood from trees that were infested with bark beetles and other trees felled by Hurricane Helene. After a few years of waiting, the Georgia Forest Service finally granted permits to burn 20 large piles like this one. (I'm not doing this strenuous work, but I've been here to cheer my colleagues on!) taken in PDGA International Disc Golf Center by @rizbee1752

This was the Summer of Dew for me. Driving to Minnesota and back, then flights to Michigan and two to Georgia, searching for different varieties of Mountain Dew. I was primarily looking for diet or "zero sugar" flavors, but a few full-sugar snuck in. And there were a few Dews that I neglected to photograph, but here's the ones I did capture:

-Diet American Dew
-Zero American Dew
-Zero Sugar Mountain Dew Trolli Mango Pineapple Punch
-Zero Sugar Mountain Dew Baja Blast Cabo Citrus Tropical Citrus Punch
-Mountain Dew Live Wire Orange
-Zero Sugar Mountain Dew Baja Blast Tropical Lime
-Mountain Dew Baja Cabo Citrus Tropical Citrus Punch
-Mountain Dew Voltage Raspberry
-Dirty Zero Sugar Mountain Dew Cream Soda Dew

I know there are more. The search continues!
