Still basking in the memories of last weekend in Madrid:
1) Our dinner at Restaurante Sacha.
2) We met new and a few famous Madrilenos.
3) Our visit to the Prado (one of our only photos before being told we couldn’t take any)
4) Still pinching myself being able to go to the most epic football match. For more detailed, compelling account check out @kkrader post.
5) And Barbie is alive and well in Madrid.

A few memorable food experiences from my long weekend in Madrid 🇪🇸
1) First stop @casadanimadrid for their famous tortilla. Hot out of the pan!
2) Close up of the oozy eggs, potato slices, and caramelized onions. Yum - and yes we ate the whole thing!
3) Spanish sweets taunting us from the window of Madrid’s old school pastry shop Mantequeria Bermejo, So old school I unfortunately can’t tag them.
4) Our supersonic cocktail adventure at @salmonguru where they have the most delicious, inventive cocktails. Here are the Tequila Al Pastor and Chipotle Chillon along with their version of classic Potatas Bravas and Tonkatsu Chicken marinated in yogurt and gochujang with sweet chile dipping sauce. 🌟🌟💥💥

The Rock Center restaurants are some of the best new things about New York right now. At least to me. The antipasti at Jupiter sparkles and the crab on toast with puntarelle is 🎯. Happy kick-off to the holiday season. taken in Rockefeller Centre New York City by @rjinsley

Thinking back to one of the most memorable London visits and a few of my favorite bites shared with some of my favorite people.
1. The Saffron and Orange Blossom Crème Caramel at Jikoni’s divine pop-up at Frieze
2. St. John’s Bakery’s Doughnuts at Maltby Street Market
3. Lobster Pie at The Pelican the amazing pub in Notting Hill
4. The Chicken Liver Parfait with Pears and Cepes at Cadet Wine Bar…I could have eaten a dozen of these and I think we did!
5. The Mayflower Pub, just a really charming and awesome old school, neighborhood pub with pints galore.

After a year hiatus, @17thstreetbbq Praise The Lard Cook-Off returned this past weekend. What a hard year it has been for everyone. This weekend has always been a high point on the barbecue circuit but this years was extra special. It felt so good to be back! Thank you @amymills17 and everyone at @17thstreetbbq. Mike Mills would have been elated. We missed Mike Mills madly.
