What a dreamy, delicious and fun dinner at @425restaurant, in the ♥️✨ company of @kkrader and @rjinsley.
This beautiful restaurant, designed by Norman Foster, is @chefjgv’s latest New York establishment, also promotes sustainability all around. In addition to Chef Jean-Georges’ exquisite modern French and Asian creations, another super Chef, @jonathanbenno, adds his delicious Italian touch to the menu.
Special mentions for the perfect lighting, and the 👌 noise level.

A few of the dishes we really enjoyed:
- GOLDEN OSETRA CAVIAR, smoked egg yolk, crispy potato cake
- FLUKE tartare, scallops, tahini citrus dressing, chili oil, shiso
- KAMPACHI crudo, aji amarillo, lime, cilantro, crushed corn nuts
- SPAGHETTI sea urchin, garlic, lemon, olive oil, pepperoncini. #unialert🧡
- RAVIOLI BIGUSTO, green chickpea, chili, lime, shiitake mushroom, ricotta & pecorino romano
- CHARRED MARINATED JURGIELEWICZ DUCK BREAST, roasted caraflex cabbage, herb salad, coconut-lime infusion, housemade sriracha
- PISTACHIO CRUSTED BROCCOLI lemon vinaigrette, basil oil
- STRAWBERRY VACHERIN, @harrysberries strawberry lemonade meringue, petit beurre, elderflower sabayon, strawberry jasmine sorbet

First stop, Madrid weekend: @casadanimadrid where the line for the bar in the market is looooong .. so we ate on the terazza. usually the tortilla hits the table first but there was high demand. so we hung out with croquetas and iberico until the big moment.
