MEMBER OF THE MONTH OF APRIL 🤑💪
Congratulations to our girl Rachel Lovejoy! We love the joy she brings to the gym! Our 1st place challenge winner and #1 in our hearts. Let’s hear a little bit about her!♈️

❤️💕I’m Rachel Lovejoy. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in startups, spending the past 5 at an Electric Vehice company. I’m a big reader, so I put a free little library in front of my house, if you have books to get rid of, bring them to the gym and I’ll make sure they find a new home. I was born in Kentucky but have lived all over (Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and California), so at this point I just say I’m from “wherever there’s good food and a good workout.” 📚🍲

I make a mean sourdough. You may have seen me handing out sourdough cinnamon roll focaccia from the trunk of my car after class. Give me a compliment or a bag of flour and I’ll bake you a loaf. 🍞

I have a 2-year-old golden retriever named Finn (aka Finnegan, aka Finnis the Menace). He’s my best bud and firmly believes every stick on earth was created specifically for him and every stranger is just a friend he hasn’t met yet. 🦮

I love traveling and shooting film photography on my old KSX Super. While you’re reading this, I’m probably on my annual solo trip…hopefully photographing some Highland coos in Scotland. ✈️

💪My favorite thing about F45 is the community. The people and the coaches make it so fun; they push me, encourage me, and occasionally call out when I’m looking extra good in my leggings. The workouts are what you make of them… some days I come to survive, other days I come to compete with whoever is next to me (even if they don’t know we’re competing).🤣👯‍♀️ taken in F45 Training East Nashville by @rlovejoy9
