POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🩷

A cancer diagnosis is overwhelming, and thinking about fertility on top of it can feel like too much. Our West Side Office team wants every patient to know that even with a short window before treatment, fertility preservation can often be done quickly and safely. One conversation with a specialist can make it feel more manageable.

If you or someone you love has been diagnosed, schedule a fertility consult before treatment begins. Link in bio.

Celebrities who have opened up about their fertility journeys: Jennifer Aniston, Michelle Obama, Selena Gomez, Nicole Kidman, Brooke Shields, and Celine Dion.🤍

From egg freezing to IVF to pregnancy after loss, these stories are helping normalize conversations that used to happen in silence.

Every time someone in the spotlight shares their journey, it gives others quietly going through the same thing permission to feel less alone and a reminder that there’s no “right” timeline for building a family.

✨ New Episode ✨ Ep 198: Trying to Conceive After 35 with Dr. Cary Dicken

Turning 35 doesn’t suddenly change your ability to get pregnant, but age does matter. Dr. Dicken explains what really happens to fertility after 35, why age can say more about egg quality than AMH, and what testing can and can’t tell you.

She also covers freezing eggs vs. embryos, when to seek help from a specialist, and why your future family goals should be part of your planning.

September is PCOS/PMOS Awareness Month — an important opportunity to talk about hormonal health, reproductive health, and conditions that are too often misunderstood.

PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is one of the most common hormonal conditions affecting women of reproductive age. It can impact ovulation, menstrual cycles, hormone levels, metabolism and fertility.

This term has been updated to PMOS given the strong metabolic component associated with the condition.

Awareness starts with education. Understanding your body, recognizing changes and asking questions can help you advocate for the care you deserve at every stage.

And when it comes to PMOS and fertility, remember: a PMOS diagnosis does not mean you can’t get pregnant. There are many treatment options and paths to building your family. 🤍

We were deeply saddened to learn of Dolly Parton’s passing. Few artists have left a mark on music, culture, and philanthropy as lasting as hers.

Dolly spoke openly over the years about her long struggle with endometriosis and the hysterectomy that followed, which meant she was never able to have the children she’d once hoped for.

Decades later, the conversation around endometriosis and fertility has grown, in part because women like Dolly were willing to speak about it first.

Her openness is a reminder that unmet hopes and a life full of purpose can exist side by side, and that everyone’s journey looks different.

It’s National Rainbow Baby Day, and we’re honoring every journey. 🌈

Everyone’s path here looks different, and the rainbow can symbolize something different for each person. Hope, resilience, love that came after loss, or simply the
reminder that you made it through.

Days like today remind us that no one is walking this alone, even when it feels that way. 🤍

Send this to a friend to share a little love today. 💛
