Jesus said at the end of John 17, verse 26 that He has revealed the father to us and He will continue to do so and the Father’s love will be in us and He will be in us.

These verses give me great comfort, and fortifies me for the challenges I face every day Which seem to be getting greater as I get older and more mature in my walk with God
Jesus has conquered by the cross and His resurrection, everything that is working against us in this fallen world.

In heaven, there is perfection, and there is no space or time. The will of God instantly happens, and nobody disagrees with it .
But in this fallen world we have distance and time between us and the will of God for us. We also have an enemy, who saint Paul describes in 2 Corinthians 4:4, as the god of this word with a small “g” - the devil, working against us.

However, Jesus has conquered all these challenges and every enemy working against us. He has not left anything unconquered.

So we have to speak the will of God, which is the word of God, that tells us: we will live and not die, that we will want for nothing, and that we are the head and not the tail. We have expectant faith that God is working with us to manifest these words we have spoken into this physical realm because God is good. And He is working all things out for our good.

So we do not lose heart If we don’t see the word of God manifesting as soon as we expect or even if things are going in the wrong direction and we do not blame God and we do not blame ourselves, but we continue declaring God’s word which is His will for us until we gain the victory and see His will done in our lives.

And this brings glory to our Father in heaven. by @rmatherley
