We are thrilled to be offering Ashiatsu now at @rmwellnessdc ! It is a barefoot massage technique that uses deep, flowing pressure to release tension, improve mobility, and promote full-body relaxation. Often called “deep feet therapy,” it provides a deeply therapeutic experience with smooth, consistent pressure tailored to your comfort level. Therapists use overhead support bars for balance and control, allowing for a safe, precise, and deeply effective treatment.

As I approach my thirtieth birthday I’ve been reflecting on the last decade of my life. In my twenties, I gave thousands of massages and facials. I trained in modalities from around the world, launched two businesses, and spent countless hours in the treatment room. It’s been demanding, but I truly love it. The connection, restoration, goal setting, and conversations I’ve shared with my clients have meant more to me than I can fully express. Ive have the most amazing clients who I cherish and I have looked forward to every session shared together!

As I enter this next chapter, I am finally ready to shift my focus towards entrepreneurship and my own wellness & balance. While I will always love bodywork, it is time to prioritize my health, my degree, my writing, the continued expansion of the spa, the new operations at RM Balance, and future projects within the RM ecosystem.

All currently scheduled appointments and remaining package sessions will absolutely be honored. For new clients, returning guests booking single sessions, or those renewing packages, I would love to personally help guide your care plan and match you with the rm wellness massage therapist who will be the best fit for your needs. Moving forward, I will be available as an rm-concierge so to speak to support your experiences with @rmwellnessdc and @rmbalancedc. We are adding knowledgeable staff and special additional services that we are so excited to share with you!

You’ll still see me around the spa and studio often tending to our spaces, supporting this incredible team, continuing to elevate the experiences we create for you, and just popping in to say hi 😊

RM Balance DC

Last week I was invited to check out @rmbalancedc ahead of their opening! I walked into the studio and was pleasantly surprised to first see @theclassicnic, then @yogi.tb (who had both already taken class), and then when I looked for an open mat I saw @tendbyaya and @hillea 😂😂

@rmbalancedc is a new boutique studio in Georgetown offering yoga, pilates, sound & meditation, breathwork, and red light. The studio is beautifully designed and the ambiance is calming

@rmbalancedc officially opened on Monday the 23rd, so congratulations to them and make sure you take a class!
