✨Hello Furriends! Time for an introduction✨
.
We have a lot of new faces around here, so I figured I would introduce myself! My name is Maya, and I am a one year old red merle Australian Shepherd and I live in Colorado. My favorite hobbies are anything and everything dog sports related, especially agility & dock diving, and going on mountain adventures. I also love when Mahm and I play disc… it’s one of my favorite activities to do with her too! My Mahm is my favorite person, and I would follow her anywhere, I also love my brother Clyde, though sometimes I annoy him because I constantly want to play! My goals for this next year are to enter in my first Rally trial, continue with my agility foundational skills, and take cute pictures in all my favorite brands gear! Feel free to ask me any questions you have in the comments. Happy Wednesday everyone!

Hiding from the Monday scaries 👻
.
Good thing you can’t have the Monday scaries when you have a puppy who makes them go away!!

My not-so-little family 🤍
.
Shadows head peepin over my shoulder 🥹
Clyde with his eyes closed but the biggest smile
Mimic being her most serious self, knowing her job, posing for the camera
Maya looking like the happiest dog alive in the mountains wild and free (her happy place is camping)
&
Mark, loving this wild ride called life with me
.
At the end of the day all I can say is thank you to Mark, for supporting my wild (& probably ridiculous) dreams without a second thought & for always telling me how important they are. For never ever making me feel ridiculous for having them, but rather pushing me to chase them that much more!

🌸A wild shady lady!🌸
.
Shade is 11 weeks today & got to experience her first camping trip, which was my longest one to-date, 4 days & 3 nights! We had the BEST time camping with some of our closest friends this weekend, @explorewithauss @caitandhercanines it was exactly what my soul needed and a 4th of July for the books! Shade was such a good camp pup & was very relaxed around camp & enjoyed watching all the big dog antics. She was a great hiking buddy and really enjoyed her time exploring and experiencing snow for the first time! She is a lovely little pup and we are really enjoying her and her sweet personality!

✨Happy 5th Birthday, Maya-Papaya!✨
.
Maya turned 5 on Sunday & we celebrated the entire week by doing all her favorite things: frisbee, patio pupping, lake walks & now we’re off camping for the weekend! I can’t believe it’s already been 5 years with this wild child, she’s taught us so much, lives every second of every day to the fullest, and has an immense crazy joy for life! It’s impossible not to laugh or smile waking up to you every morning! Thank you for truly shaping my life’s dreams sweet girl, never stop being wild! Love you long long time!

✨& with that we bid this chapter of our lives farewell, today is the last day of Mims medication!✨
.
Cheers to the fight, to never giving up even when others might & to keeping the faith (even when you doubt it). Cheers to Mimic the strongest little fighter, and one of the rare few who have ever survived what she has. Strength comes in all forms & not only is she a proven fighter, she’s a heavyweight champion. I’m grateful for our bond because I know as I fought for her, she was fighting for me. Cheers to a long lifetime together my sweet Mimic 🤍. Thank you to all our friends who kept fighting for Mimic especially on the days when I felt hopeless, you not only fought for Mims you fought for me & I’ll never be able to repay that. Thank you to the most incredible doctors at @caseboulder you fought for Mimic and are the reason she is here, words will never describe my gratitude.
