2 of a kind. Couple of #Sourdough loaves. The first is 50/50 @cotswoldflour Churchill white & Strong white.
The 2nd is 200g Churchill, 100g Strong white, 100g Eight grain & 50g Cotswold crunch. No Crumbshot yet, as they’re fresh out of the oven. by @rob_c_allen

Nice delivery of @cotswoldflour flour. Bought for Appreciation for helping out. Churchill white, my go to flour, for everyday use. #bread #focaccia #bagels etc. I even use it for my #yorkshirepuddings and #choux pastry. by @rob_c_allen
