Phase 1 of this development project was a wild one!!! 🤯🔥

Officially broke ground on Phase 2 this week! No ribbon cutting this time, just heads down and grinding to get these units over to the new buyer. 💪🏽🏗️

We’ll definitely have a closeout pachanga though, so stay tuned for that in about 5–6 months! 🎉🍻

12 more units on deck… let’s get it. 🚧 taken in Northwest San Antonio, TX by @rob_the_broker

Two major movements are emerging from the cohorts we’re building.

First, an alliance of independent brokers aimed at strengthening the industry. Our Board of Directors was just selected today and things are about to start moving!

Second, a new effort to launch a local chapter of a fast growing nonprofit that supports and empowers Hispanic contractors in the building and development space.

Listos? Overall, just good pinche vibes moving and shaking. taken in San Antonio, Texas by @rob_the_broker

This is my Sunday’s “ready to take on the week” look 😎💪

We kick things off with office meetings mañana and wrapping it up Saturday with leaving on our anniversary trip. In between, two football games, a couple of golf tournaments and a whole lot of slanging homes! 🏡⛳️🏈

No slowing down… just another week of building 👊🏽 Wishing everyone a kick ass week and remember the week starts on Sunday! taken in San Antonio, Texas by @rob_the_broker

The goal was never to be on the big screen or to be the “main character” as the kids say. Lol. The goal was to build something bigger than myself, to be able to create opportunities for others and really just turn the vision into movements that make a real impact.

But if stepping on these stages gives us a bigger platform to open doors, change lives and inspire others to build something of their own, then aqui vamos!!! 💯 🔥 taken in Tobin Center for the Performing Arts by @rob_the_broker

The night before our Client Appreciation Event always gets me excited and reflecting on how far we’ve come.

We work hard every day to be true advocates for our clients, so when they trust us enough to refer their friends and family, it means the world to us. That’s the kind of impact that makes it all worth it! taken in Helotes, Texas by @rob_the_broker

🚨 NHCA IS HERE IN SAN ANTONIO! 🏗️🔥

We held our soft launch last week and 40 new members signed up! 💪🏽 That’s just the beginning!

Our goal is to bring in 250 new members this year and we believe that goal is absolutely attainable with the support and momentum we’re already seeing.

Be on the lookout for our official San Antonio Chapter Launch! We’re building something bigger than an organization. We’re building a movement to help Hispanics in the construction field grow, build and thrive.

The movement is real and we’re excited about what’s ahead! 🚀 Sí se puede! 🤝🏽 taken in San Antonio, Texas by @rob_the_broker
