San Antonio REALTORS®, looking for a real estate brokerage to call home? 🏡🔑

Xsellence Realty was at the Champions School of Real Estate career fair, connecting with future agents and REALTORS® exploring their next move!

Choosing a brokerage is a big decision. You want to know who you’ll be working with, where to turn for support, and how that brokerage fits your goals.

Whether you’re working toward your real estate license, a newly licensed agent, or an experienced REALTOR® considering a change, we’d love to meet you and share what being part of our independent San Antonio brokerage looks like.

Thank you to our agents who showed up to share their experiences with Xsellence Realty. I’m grateful for the people who represent us! ❤️

📩 DM us “XSell” to schedule a conversation about joining Xsellence Realty.

Yesterday was staff day, and we spent time sharing our personal “user guides.” Think of a vehicle manual, but for you as a person and the way you work. ❤️

I wanted to dig deeper into who each person is. How do they communicate? What are their pet peeves? What matters most to them? And how can I better support them?

It was so much fun learning more about the people I get to work alongside and what’s important in their lives, both in and outside of work.

There’s a misconception in leadership that your team is there to work for you. I see it differently. They take care of our clients and our agents, and my job is to take care of them.

And let me tell you, I have the best people I get to work for! ❤️

In my business mastermind class, our mentor asked how we felt when we first got into business.

My answer? Fearless.

I had two babies under four and jumped into this full time with no safety net. I didn’t have it all figured out, but I believed we would find a way.

Then she asked, “Are you still fearless?”

I told her, “Not like I was when I was younger. I have more to lose now.”

Her response stuck with me: “But have you ever lost? Because from what I see, you figure out how to win.”

I’ve been thinking about that ever since. Somewhere along the way, the responsibility of everything we’ve built made me a little more afraid to take the next leap. I needed that reminder to trust myself and us again.

So here we are, walking through a building we’re considering buying. A dream that’s been on our vision board for years, now something we can actually step inside.

Taking another leap. Betting on us again. 🤍

Every six months, we get to celebrate our favorite people, our clients! 🧡🍂

Last time, we met you at Chicken N Pickle, and this Saturday, we’re bringing everyone together again for our Fall Fest!

Over the years, Robert has helped thousands of clients buy, sell, invest, or have their homes managed. Along the way, we’ve built a community of about 400 clients who continue to trust us as their lifelong real estate team.

We’ve watched you move through so many chapters of your lives, and you’ve been part of ours, too. That means more to us than you know.

Our client appreciation events are my favorite because we get to catch up, see your families, and simply say THANK YOU! ❤️

If you’re a past or current client, join us this Saturday for:
☕ Coffee and pan dulce
📸 Fall family photos with a photographer
🎃 Activities for the family
🎁 lots of prize giveaways including tickets to Fright Fest at Fiesta Texas that I’m personally giving away!

We can’t wait to see you! Thank you for allowing us to do what we love, referring your friends and family, and trusting us year after year. You’re the reason we get to keep doing this! 🧡

Day Two of Campus Tours 🤘🧡

Today, we visited UT Austin and walked around campus like we belonged here! 🥹

That little bit of sadness is starting to creep in as I realize our days of being together every day won’t last forever. As much as my mama heart wants to hold on, I’m so excited for what’s ahead for him. 🫶🏽

First campus tour for Dominek, one of his top five universities for his major! 🎓❤️

I wanted him to have the opportunity to explore, ask questions, and start picturing himself in this next chapter. There’s something about being on campus that makes those future plans feel a little more real!

We also got to meet up with our nephew, who goes to school here. 🫶🏼
