It truly takes a Village! 🙏🏾

Can’t believe it’s already been a year with our sweet boy 🥲. God has been incredibly faithful and His Hand is evident through the village He’s placed around us. Grateful beyond words.

Happy birthday, RBIII! Mommy & Daddy love you so, so much. 🩵 1.20.26

P.S. S/o to @brianna_lindo @lindo_slice & @neezmich for setting up the balloon arc the night before the party 🎈 by @robbo1den

I used to laugh at the old folks when they said their “love kept growing” after 30+ years of marriage — now I get it.

After (almost) two years of being married to you, I’m starting to see what that really means.

This week and weekend were a reminder — action-packed and everything it needed to be — celebrating the woman I get to call my wife!

Happy birthday, my love!

Budgeting isn’t about cutting out everything you love. It’s about giving your money direction—on purpose.

When you get your budget right, it helps you say “yes” to what matters most. And no to the things that’ll take you off track.

Let’s reframe how we see money.

I used to think budgeting was just all about cutting back.

Now I see it as a tool that gives me the freedom to live on purpose.

It’s how my wife and I have created space to give generously, save intentionally, and grow our family without fear of the unexpected.

Budgeting gave us peace.
That’s why I teach it!

At first glance, this might seem like a case for wealth redistribution.

What if everyone got $15K?

Cool idea… in theory. But give it a few years—we’d probably end up right back where we are.

Why?

Money doesn’t build wealth.
Stewardship. Skill. Strategy Does.

Equal opportunity? Yes.
Equal outcomes? Not a chance.

Remember in Matthew 25:14-30 - wealth was distributed according to ABILITY.

What do you think? Would a global reset level the playing field?

Budgeting, saving, paying off debt — we all know these things are good.

But knowing isn’t the same as doing. Why is it so hard to stick with a plan?

Let’s talk about it.👇🏽

Consistency breeds success 💡

Whether it’s running or budgeting, the same discipline applies: Make a plan, stick to it, and control what you can control.

Unexpected challenges - weather, expenses, emotions - will always come and go. But those that stay committed to it are the ones that see results.

Show up for yourself in one area, and you’ll find the strength to show up in them all. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♂️💰

Grateful for the simple moments that make a full life.

Started the day making breakfast for the family — one small way to make things easier for my wife @accordingtokori as she’s a little over a month out from having the baby.

Spent quality time with my son, connected with my pastor, and enjoyed a nice Sunday walk with the family.

Wrapped it up with a quick budget check-in over dinner to get aligned for the week

Taking advantage of these moments while we prepare for this next season.

Blessed and thankful.

How did you spend your Sunday?

Another year around the sun, and this one feels different.

This past year has been full of transitions—becoming a homeowner, preparing to be/becoming a dad, and continuing to build a life that reflects the things that matter most.

It’s exciting, humbling, and at times, overwhelming.

I know I’m not alone in this. So many of you—young families, new parents, couples trying to figure it all out—are walking this same road.

Learning how to manage the weight of responsibility while still dreaming big for the future.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that being intentional today makes all the difference tomorrow. Whether it’s with our time, our relationships, or our finances, the small, consistent steps add up! Luke 16:10

Grateful for another year of growth, faith, and family. And grateful to walk this journey alongside so many others figuring it out, too.

Here’s to another year of learning, loving, and leading well. 🥂🎉 #33

📢 The wealth you know isn’t real wealth at all.

💰 Your money? Your possessions? They WILL fail. Jesus didn’t say if—He said when.

🔥 But there’s a greater wealth: eternal wealth.

The kind that can never be taken away. The kind built through generosity, faithfulness, and kingdom impact.

So… are you chasing riches that fade? Or storing up treasures that last?

Remember……

💰 A big paycheck ≠ financial security—but a solid financial plan does.

It’s not about how much you make—it’s about how well you steward what you have.

Ready to take control of your money? Let’s talk.

On Monday, January 20, after 36 hours of labor and an unplanned C-section, our little masterpiece, Robert C. Bolden III, entered this world with a force and vigor that could have only come from God himself.

A week later, I still don’t have the words to fully recount this experience. What I can say is that it was the most intense, beautiful, intimate, humbling test of faith I’ve ever endured. God’s presence was felt on a whole new level. His life-giving power was felt through every weighty breath & contraction. His love was felt through my husband’s unyielding gentleness & patience. His peace & reassurance were felt through the encouragement of our supportive family, the most amazing doula (@ifitzu2), and our incredible doctor (@obdoc) & medical team. In the midst of it all, we prayed. We worshipped. We cried. We endured.

And God delivered.

What a wonder it is to be used as His vessel to bring forth new life into this world. What an honor it is to be graced with the responsibility to steward over this precious gift He has given us. What a blessing it is to reflect, serve, and glorify Him in such a miraculous way.

We are overjoyed to embark on this beautiful new journey of parenthood. Thank you, Father, for entrusting us with yet another opportunity to carry out Your perfect will on Earth, as it is in Heaven (Genesis 1:28).

Welcome to the world, RCBIII 💙 by @robbo1den
