Last Friday, our team had the honor of attending the 45th Annual Latin Builders Association Awards and accepting the Lender of the Year Award.

This recognition reflects the relationships we've built, the trust our partners place in us, and the dedication of every team member who works tirelessly to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Thank you to the @lbaorg for this incredible honor, and congratulations to all of this year's award recipients!

A memorable afternoon in beautiful Lighthouse Point.

Last week’s Broker Open brought together great conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to tour an incredible waterfront property alongside some of South Florida’s real estate professionals.

A special thank you to our partners at @thecoastalrealm for inviting us to co-host this event, and to everyone who joined us. We always value the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the relationships that help move our industry forward!

Buying a home doesn’t have to be scary.

Most of the stressful moments in the mortgage process can be avoided with a little preparation, the right information, and knowing what to do before you make your move.

Swipe through for a few things that might actually be scarier than buying a home this spooky season.

We hear the advice, the words of wisdom, and yes, plenty of “Did you get a contract?” But behind all of it is someone who genuinely wants to see every person on this team grow and succeed.

Today, we’re especially thankful for the lessons, the opportunities, the constant push to be better, and the leader behind it all.

Happy Boss’s Day, @robert_bencomo14! We appreciate everything you do for this team and are so grateful to have you leading Elite.

Q3 was a little busy around here!

Events, closings, team moments, plenty happening behind the scenes… and somewhere in between, 121 units and $51MM funded.

And of course, we have to give our Q3 Top 3 Producers their moment. Congratulations on an incredible quarter and a well-earned spot at the top!

Bring on the next quarter.

September showed up!

52 units. $18MM funded. One strong month for Elite Lending.

A well-deserved shoutout to our September Top 3 Producers for leading the way, and recognition to the entire Elite team behind the numbers. Every file takes a team, and $18MM funded is something worth celebrating together.

Strong finish. Let’s carry it into October.

Wednesday is more than a meeting on our calendar.

It’s our weekly reset. A chance to talk market, celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, get motivated, and make sure we’re all moving forward together.

The goal isn’t simply to produce more. It’s to build a team where everyone has the support, resources, and people around them to reach their potential.

We meet every week because growth is something we build together.

Good people, good conversations, and Miami doing what Miami does best!

Last week’s @uwmlending mixer at @amaraatparaiso gave us a chance to catch up with familiar faces, make some new connections, and talk all things mortgage.

And this one was extra special. As one of UWM’s top partners in Florida, our CEO @robert_bencomo14 was invited to take the mic and share his thoughts on today’s market, where he sees things heading, and what’s ahead for our industry.

A pretty great night to talk shop, exchange perspectives, and spend time with some of the best people in the business.

Happy 10th birthday, Madison! I can’t believe how fast that went. You are such a blessing. It’s hard for me to put into words how lucky I feel to be your Mom. I’m so proud of you and the young girl you are growing into. You have a heart for God and watching you grow in your faith has been one of the biggest joys of my life. Continue to share your love for Jesus and be the kind, loving and genuine person you are. I wish time could slow down but I’m also looking forward to watching you continue to grow. I know God has great plans for you. I love you so much baby! Keep shining your light. You are so loved! Love, Mommy by @robert_bencomo14
