When you reach NINE YEARS in Business and, you have SO MUCH to celebrate!

If you told me 9 years ago that I would be running a business from the comfort of my home, winning awards, bringing millions to my clients, working with thousands of women, being a present parent, travelling to the other side of the world yearly, making soul friends along the way from this business and MAKING AN INCOME from it, I would be like mmmm “that doesn’t happen to people like me”.

But it did, and it does. We must believe in ourselves and be crazy enough to take the risk. Long-term, consistent, continuous actions and forward moving. Always.

I’m proud of myself, so freaking much.

Are you a mama building a business and feeling all the overwhelmed, not knowing if you have what it takes, and a massive confusion on where to start?

I was, too! I knew there was more to life with a 9-5 that kept me away from my family, exhausted and full of unlived dreams.

Nine years ago, I took a chance on a crazy business idea I had, and I spent months learning and learning until I was ready to launch it to the world. I had no budget or support, but I had a huge reason to make it happen: being a more present mum.

Fast forward to today, I have built five businesses within my company: a directory, a magazine, markets, events, a marketing agency and a co-working space and self-love centre. I've also helped my clients make millions of dollars and have helped numerous small businesses launch and make money.

I sometimes wonder what would have happened if I had not believed my crazy ideas in 2014. If I stayed small and thought I was meant for a corporate 9-5 with zero care for family life.

I’m so glad I took the chance, worked hard, and learned all I needed to continue living the business and motherhood I WANT.

9 Ideas to boost your online store’s conversions today:

1. Make sure everyone that visits your store leaves an email with a tempting offer.
2.Automation! Make sure they are then hit by a sequence of magical automated emails. An absolute must for selling while you sleep ✨
2. Offering irresistible bundles of the best sellers and offering a little discount in them, will increase purchase rates💖
3.Your checkout should have a upsell, or “this product was also bought with” suggestions - increase those carts upsell! 💰
4. When sending an order, encourage loyalty with discounts on their next purchase and remind them via email a couple weeks after ! 🎉
5. Increase UGC and reviews by offering a giveaway entry/ charity donation every time a client shares the love💬

It’s definitely been a process.

And what I am most proud of is that, at each step of the way, I have chosen VITALITY, HEALTH, and CONNECTION as stepping stones to where I want to go. I always thought I had to reach a certain success to become someone first. And then I realised I had to become my best version right now before I could get the next levels of success.

Becoming her was a combination of visualising what she looks like, how she shows up, how she reaches success, and how she connects. And then, daily, taking actions like I’m here. Not every day I feel like it, which is OKAY as long as I pick myself up and try again the next day.

The results? I’ve been taking SO MUCH action, showing up to myself, feeling successful and reaching my goals, which I thought would not happen for a long time (or ever, because I honestly was starting to think I no longer had what it takes and would have to give up on my dreams)

But here I am, feeling stronger, healthier and moving forward daily.

That was 2014. I was a new mama driving to my 9-5, driving away from my 1-year-old 3 times a week, 45 min to work, 45 min back. Plus, the time to drive to the child care, I really wanted her to be jn. In the end, those 3 days of the week, we had 30 minutes together in the morning and literally dinner, bath and bedtime at night. I resented it so much. All I wanted was to stay home and watch her grow.

And then I made a DECISION, a decision I was going to find a way.

If you told me this would be what the next 9 years looked like, I would not have believed you. But now, looking at this makes me realise how that one moment in time, when motherhood gave me a specific power to believe I could, and doing it, change it all.

I now have:

✨A business that brings me the income I need to continue with the Freedom to stay home with my kids.

✨ Have every school holiday off with them

✨ Take them overseas every year to visit our family in Brazil.

✨ A COMMUNITY of women I met online and who I call best friends. I could not do it without their understanding and not feeling alone.

❤️ It took me 9 years of learning and growing multiple different businesses to get here, and soon, I will launch the exact steps I take in all of them that brought me $30,000 monthly income AND over $3 million to my customers!

Find the reasons WHY you want your business, and make it so emotional, no big, that there is NO way you can give up.

As long as I have been a mum, I knew I wanted to find a career that allowed me to be a mum. To be home when they are home. To pick them up from school. To have their friends around. To be in all 1761 school events and join P&F. To be physically present. To take them on holidays every school break. To take them to Brazil for a month every year. TO BE AROUND. Especially when I only have them half of the time.

9 years later, and it still is what drives me. I could never return to a 9-5 and NOT have all those things.

I have 2 other why’s that drive me, but being a stay-at-home and work mama is definitely number one. All my business ideas and all the growth needed to fitmy why. I have tried the travel all the time kind of business and I ended up burned out, away from my truth. I've tried the bricks and mortar that took us away from weekends and travel time.So bringing my business back to what I can handle while being home, is MY KIND OF SUCCESS!

The six monthly checks in from the year I learned:

* That the love for myself is enough. I do not need to seek love outside.
* That I’m good enough to succeed. That I’m a success, and that’s ok that I forgot that for a minute while I worked on deeper life meanings.
* That I do not need to keep giving all I have to receive love from others. I’m loved for who I am.
* It’s ok to say no, not in a cliché way, but in the hardest of forms, when it hurts coming out of the mouth, but you know it’s the only way to set boundaries with yourself.
* That the love for my children and watching them blossom is the most important project in my life. They grow way too fast.
* That only when we are ready, we will see the growth around us. No point in rushing and feeling guilty for not achieving your goals when they should not be goals to start with. by @roberta.fairbanks

2022 in a nutshell. The year I allowed ALL THE PAIN of ending a season of my life so I could finally open up to the next season, letting go of all that didn't suit the version I wanted to be. Things, people, vices, old patterns
