Powered by the Australian sun.

At our Melbourne pottery, solar energy helps power our kilns, turning sunshine into the heat behind the pieces we make every day.

It’s one of the ways we’re continuing to bring Australian-made pottery to life through sustainable practices, right here in Melbourne. by @robertgordoninteriors

A soft glow, held in clay. The Shell Wall Light brings a hand-glazed ceramic form to the walls of your home, adding a quiet sense of craft to any space. Made in our Melbourne pottery, each piece carries the subtle variation that only comes from working by hand.

No two White Ochre pieces are ever the same.

The glaze begins as rich earthy brown, before a reactive white glaze is layered over the top by hand. In the kiln, the iron oxide in both formulas reacts on the surface, creating the soft, landscape-inspired finish that makes every basin and light one of a kind.

We adore seeing our interiors collections make their way into outstanding renovations such as this one featured at @thedesignfiles. The White Ochre Kiln 515 Basin works so beautifully in the bathroom of this Kevin Borland modernist home!
