Robert made the commitment to get his health and lifestyle back on track as he prepared for his second child to join the family.

He realised things had slipped away from him whilst juggling being a new dad, working full-time, and managing his acting career and aspirations on top.

Life got busier, and he didn’t have the systems in place to make getting in shape, and staying in shape long-term, simple to stick to.

When he decided it was time to change things, he didn’t hesitate to take action and get us in his corner.

In 24 weeks, he lost 10kg, even whilst juggling all the commitments on his plate, including preparing for a live show.

He made sure he was prepared each week by blocking out time in his schedule and planning his habits ahead of time around everything he needed to take care of.

Over the last few months, he’s built more confidence in his own skin, which was another goal we worked towards to improve his potential for more roles in his acting career.

He learned how to eat around his lifestyle, including dinners with his partner, his social life and his general preferences.

He carved out time 3–4x a week to build and strengthen his body.

Robert showed up for himself, his future self and his family by committing to his body and health.

And now, he’s the strongest and leanest he’s been for as long as he can remember, and he has the skills to maintain it long-term.

Amazing work from our guy!

Are you someone who’s been wanting to get lean but struggling to fit it into your busy lifestyle, or don’t quite know where to start?

Making PHƯỚC! E05

Casting! I know I said it was fun and easy but that was only after we decided that it was best to work with Robert and everything flowed from there haha

It was actually pretty difficult at first to cast, but we're very lucky that asian don't raisin. 🤣 A big thank you to @david.viet.lam for believing in this project from day one and using his years of experience in production to help me bring this vision to life.

Thank you for all the memories @phuocshortfilm, reliving the fun times through the BTS captured by Molly.

This was an amazing project brought alive by a group of super talented people. I have never been more inspired after meeting everyone and I am so honoured to be a part of this film which represents my Asian Australian community.

Phước would not have become reality without @davidflyingart ‘s vision and direction, bringing together a fantastic team and putting his trust in us for the ride. Thanks mate 🙏

Hello friends! If you're interested come watch a theatre development next Thursday 6th August 7pm at the Southbank Theatre! @melbtheatreco

Cocaine Bust by @vivngyn is an epic story of brotherhood and consequence, that tackles the intersections of race, crime and masculinity within the Asian diaspora.

Fyi for people who do not know what a theatre development is. This is not a fully done up play but more to show audiences amazing new scripts.

This script is epic as, so come along if you're free! And we can hang afterwards! Link in bio! 😊

Also check out the stacked team damn!

I asked my 3 year old client what he thought of his photoshoot...

After several minutes of complete toddler gibberish, one thing was very clear:

🫧 BUBBLES. 🫧

All the years of experience, expensive camera gear and professional photography training... and apparently all I really needed was bubbles and a few tickles! 😂

Honestly, if a child leaves my studio smiling and asking for more bubbles, that's a pretty good review in my books, so cheers Levi! ❤️ taken in Vermont by @robertphammm
