Felt inspired to return to Instagram thanks to @spilecki_. Been meaning to post some bike content again now that I'm a mechanic working out of the new @bicicletta.cc in Victoria (formerly @broadstreetcycles). Currently geeking out over gravel tires and Scott showed up today with a Reaver to test for the rear, thinking G One RX for the front for a max speed/max grip combo. by @robparkinvideo

I was finally able to move my office out of the basement to finish off one last project, hopefully we can still publish this Sound of Speed episode with @pedroburns in April as planned! taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @robparkinvideo

Felt like a dork going out wearing a respirator today but after a few minutes of sitting in the car I reminded myself that I'm being extra cautious because my wife is pregnant and now is not the time to be self conscious. I live in Victoria BC where the government has not yet issued a lockdown like many other countries around the world but you really don't have to stretch your imagination far to realise that it will happen here and everywhere as it's the only effective measure to suppress the spread of the virus right now. Isolate yourself now, do your part in saving lives while it still makes a difference. taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @robparkinvideo

Big thanks to @oneupcomponents, I no longer have to carry tools for the riders while on shoots! @pedroburns doing some maintenance this morning in Nevados de Chillán. taken in Nevados de Chillán by @robparkinvideo

New year, new setup. Finally moving to a shoulder rig with a servo zoom, timecode and dual system audio. With so many cables to manage I had to put the 3d printer to use and make a custom power delivery solution. Very happy with how it turned out and that I can still fit it all in one bag. taken in Victoria, British Columbia by @robparkinvideo

Latest episode of Sound of Speed is out now featuring Jesse Melamed ripping a trail in dusty Pemberton, in what seems like the distant past now that we're fully into winter! Be sure to check out the full version on YouTube with bonus behind the scenes. Major thanks to @jessemelamed for ripping so hard for this video, to @redbullbike for keeping this series going and to @maxmccullochvisuals for capturing all the BTS! taken in Pemberton, British Columbia by @robparkinvideo

"Anywhere round here you can get a cappuccino?" Pretty much summed up the first 4 months of '19 as part of the crew filming Rob's Wild Rides. Got to travel to some pretty incredible locations and shoot some great action of @finniles @odub_23 @robwarner970 & @mattjonesmtb alongside @johnparkin33. Make sure you watch it when it comes out tomorrow! by @robparkinvideo
