@camerarevival proudly presents its first publication: Aberration Magazine.

Aberration Magazine is an ode to the fascinating world of film cameras, lenses and traveling. In our camera and lens repair workshop we repair cameras and lenses on a daily basis in order to let our customers enjoy carefree work and traveling experiences. Over the years, the stories of the people we have met were so captivating that we had to do something with them. Hence, we decided to bundle some of those stories in a magazine format.

In our first issue, you certainly won’t find AI-generated photos and articles, but rather lots of enthusiastic stories of real people, magical real-life locations, surprising vintage cameras, delicious dishes… and so much more. Besides, an exclusive photo reportage of two talented Omani photographers is featured in our first issue.

I'm a perfectionist. I spend a lot of days trying to mend the holes I (and my kids/cat) made in my life, trying to accept that life ain't perfect. I will be hosting some mending workshops at @modemuseumhasselt this fall, for both adults and kids. The tactility of mending textiles makes one truly appreciate the beauty of the contruction of our garments.
