Happy birthday to my friend, Charlie ❤️

He invited me to his magical island, a few years back. 🇨🇦
He and my partner-in-crime, Rygel, showed me the sky and the sea and a warm place to rest when I needed it the most.
I miss being with you, but, not too much, because your heart is never out of my reach.
Have the happiest birthday, Charlie ❤️ and please give your Momma & Da Man
my love.

The family we chose ❤️ #tufamily
We’ve never met irl, but, that doesn’t mean we don’t feel loved or part of a greater whole.
Thank you, @lucy.and.freddie for my thoughtful #birthday card.
Don’t you think that we look like we could be siblings in reals?
❤️❤️❤️
Thank to all of my #pups who celebrated my #sweetsixteen birthday with me! @the_terrier_union is the bestest place in #instagram taken in Colorado by @rocketjourneys

We saw each other from across a room (seriously) and knew we were destined to be together.
Dear Pippin,
Steadfast, determined, and just a little willful. Happy 16th birthday to the little man that could. 🚂

🎄💌 SPECIAL DELIVERY! It's time for The TU Holiday Card Exchange! 🐾🌍

One of our favourite Terrier Union traditions is here again – sending a little bit of TU love through the actual post and then watching cards from terrier friends around the world arrive at our doors. ❤️

There is something rather wonderful about seeing those envelopes appear. Different countries, different stamps, familiar names … and inside, the faces of friends we usually only see on our screens.

So, pups, it is time to get your humans organised!

📮 How does the exchange work?
The postal card exchange is completely optional. If you sign up, we will place you in an exchange group of six TU members. That means you send five physical cards and receive cards from the other five pups in your group.

When you register, you can tell us whether you would prefer an exchange group within your country, continent or worldwide. We’ll do our best to match your preference, depending on the number and location of pups who sign up.

Because real cards need real post boxes, the registration form also asks for permission to share your postal address only with the TU members in your exchange group.

🌍 And then the fun begins …

Cards cross oceans.
Terrier faces appear on fridges and mantels.
Humans become strangely excited about checking the mailbox.
And somehow our big online family feels just a little closer.
Prefer digital greetings? You are still very welcome to exchange those freely with your TU friends – no postal exchange sign-up needed.

❤️ Ready to send some pawliday cheer around the world?
Complete the registration form using the link in our bio by October 17th. We’ll send the exchange groups by email shortly afterwards.

And when those cards start arriving, please show us your happy mail! There is always room for a little Zoe-style supervision of the proceedings. 😏🐾💌 (Poster inspired by @rocketjourneys )

From our post box to yours – with love from the Terrier Union.

We humans have no idea how our companions are able to maneuver the stars, the moon, and time to pick just the right puppy, at just the right time, and we are ready…but, they never miss the mark 💗

Our newest member of @the_terrier_union is here, just as his 😇 brother Hipólito designed. I’m grateful to be this wee 🌀 mentor.
With a sure sign for Mom, Teodoro
was born on July 22 of this year. The very same day as Hipólito’s gotcha day.

🌀 has lot of energy, 🔍 all the time as he is full of curiosity, as a true WFT, Teodoro is certain that all food is his food (even Baltasar’s 😳).

Baltasar has set limits, but, has to admit that the wee man is so playful that he has charmed both Mom and all who meet him. But, on the other hand, he’s very playful, and we love to chase and share toys, and I let him know when the 🦈 teeth are too much!Baltasar has to be very patient, especially when he tugs on my beard. 🙄

“We’re all so happy he’s joined our family and I love to have a partner like him, says big Brother Baltasar.

Welcome, Teodoro 🤩 and we look forward to watching you grow!

Happy International Dog Day 🎉
I think that #dollyparton may have written this song for all the #puppiesofinstagram who tip our lives into chaos, thank goodness, and bring us such joy.
Here’s a tribute and a prayer for a safe and loving home to all the #dogsofinstagram & beyond.

It’s Ohana Day, the 7th day of this celebration for @the_terrier_union and #tufamilyweek2026 💗 I’m sitting on My Buddy Bench to remember the times I’ve shared with you… from my first irl meetup with @lolabirdj to a zoom around the backyard with 💚 @theemeraldofoz I’m glad I’m in your #ohana
I’ve been fortunate to have met irl many pups and pals, from Spokane to Canada to England and Wales and France. I’ve had humans pick me up and walk with me when I needed them most. I hope that I’ve done the same over the years.
There’s nothing quite like this community. Thank you for sharing your joys and your sorrows. The world is a little brighter, closer, and kinder because of you 💗 by @rocketjourneys
