Wodapalooza SoCal 2026 / Huntington Beach
Open Women’s Division 🏖️🌞💪🩷

3 days / 6 Crossfit Workouts

I had a blast competing with amazing gals! The beach venue, workouts & people were awesome 🤩!

Challenging myself in Crossfit has given me more than I could ever imagined 🩷. My brain & body have benefitted from increased muscle, improved mobility, cardiovascular fitness and a ton of grit & resilience 💪!
I wouldn’t have known what I was capable of in my late 40’s, if I didn’t start Crossfit 3 years ago 🥹!
Best decision ever 🩷

Sharing these events with Wayne @rockwellwayne is the best part 🫶. He’s my biggest cheerleader 📣 & pushes me to keep making progress everyday. And of course my forever training partner 👫!

Our usual Crossfit / Hyrox training continues @northrimcf 💪 We have quite the HYROX race lineup ahead of us and we are ready to “Send It!” by @rockwellwayne

HYROX Phoenix 2026 🌵🌞
Personal Best for US 🫶

A glimpse into the race vibe 🔥! We are becoming more comfortable being uncomfortable! Welcome to the Pain Cave!

Consistency, dedication, discipline, grit & determination to become faster runners has proven to be key!

We love the intensity of the event, but the true magic remains in loving the journey to get there 💕. We love training everyday & pursuing our fitness goals! Longevity remains the biggest prize 🏆!

Why does the Top 1% look so different? Because they value what the 99% ignores.

Watching this @xendurance duo crush a HYROX course is a perfect example of what happens when you take care of what you’ve been given. We’ve reached a point where basic nutritional discipline is seen as extreme, but these two prove it’s actually the secret to longevity.

They aren’t just athletes, they are an example of what happens when you combine elite Xendurance recovery with a locked in macro strategy. When you value your body, you don’t settle for average fuel.

Fuel What Matters.

HYROX Anaheim 2025 👫🔥🫶

4th place in our Age Group (Age 50-54) for Mixed Doubles out of 30 teams 💕 & a 90 second improvement from our previous race in Vegas…

We had a blast running this race together 👫! The motivation to work hard & help each other perform our best is amazing!

Kudos to @xendurance for choosing us as a sponsored team for the race 🥹. We take their Creatine-JB & Extreme Endurance everyday & they gifted us the tickets for the race & new gear, shoes & supplements. We were humbled by it 💕. We are a retired couple trying to stay fit & healthy & have fun together!
