Wodapalooza SoCal 2026 / Huntington Beach Open Women’s Division 🏖️🌞💪🩷 3 days / 6 Crossfit Workouts I had a blast competing with amazing gals! The beach venue, workouts & people were awesome 🤩! Challenging myself in Crossfit has given me more than I could ever imagined 🩷. My brain & body have benefitted from increased muscle, improved mobility, cardiovascular fitness and a ton of grit & resilience 💪! I wouldn’t have known what I was capable of in my late 40’s, if I didn’t start Crossfit 3 years ago 🥹! Best decision ever 🩷 Sharing these events with Wayne @rockwellwayne is the best part 🫶. He’s my biggest cheerleader 📣 & pushes me to keep making progress everyday. And of course my forever training partner 👫! Our usual Crossfit / Hyrox training continues @northrimcf 💪 We have quite the HYROX race lineup ahead of us and we are ready to “Send It!”

Battle of the Camps champs was Team Outcasts @daniellebrandon7 @arielleloewen @abbiedomit @tmagda1 @jackfarlow @williamleahyiv with @adamneiffer as Head Coach. $120,000 dollars split between the winners and bragging rights over teams from @brute.strength @prvnfitness @trainingthinktank. The vibes are absolutely incredible in Southern California, and we now look to Miami, Florida on March 11-14th. Start planning your trips now. Photos shot for @thebarbellspin @wodapalooza

Quick Day 1 recap of @wodapalooza SoCal on the beach in Huntington Beach, California. The sun is peaking and the temperature is rising, but all these athletes are taking it to another level. The fight on the sand is tough. But the athletes are tougher. Photos shot for @thebarbellspin / WZA SoCal

Long post alert 🚨 Surround yourself with people who will encourage you and push you out of your comfort zone. I never thought this would be something I could finish, but here I AM finishing the darn thang! @carsoncityhyrox These people are part of the reason I even showed up today. @annie.finney thank you for being such a wonderful friend to me the past 14 years. We have cheered each other on through many seasons, explored more grocery stores than most see in a lifetime, and made it through fire wife life together. You have constantly said “YES” to all my “fun” workout ideas, runs, and hikes. But this, this one, dang it was hard. Like question my existence on earth HARD. BUT… WE DID IT!!! 5-0 ain’t taking you down my friend. There’s more to come and I’m here for it! Rockwell’s -thank you for being such good influence on so many in our community. You are always helping people know more about being healthy and encouraging them to stay active and strong! Keep pushing! It so fun to see what you two can do!! You literally kept us going today in so many ways with your tips, tricks, and tactics. I’m so appreciative of your time and energy. Jo and Z- I’m so glad you girls came out to play today! You rocked it as I knew you would and you will only get better from here. New sport?!? You are both such an amazing addition to our community. I’m excited to have you join us for more!! @lma_cpa such a wonderful surprise to see you on the sidelines cheering us on! Thanks for showing up! It was a lot of feels for me for sure. 🤍 Can’t wait to train for the next one! Where we going?? Nashville? Vancouver?? More importantly, WHO’s coming with us?!?
