Listen…we’re getting real vulnerable rn & I’m here for it!🫶🏾🫂

Yes, I’m going through a breakup, but that’s even more reason to get back to what makes me feel good, FULLfilled & high vibrational ✨✨✨

I’m a firm believer in cleansing your spaces both external & internal 🤭 Today, I chose to do a yoni steam alongside other forms of cleansing because my body is a temple. For the duration of my relationship, I shared my sacred space with my partner and part of my breakup process includes DETOXING. In all ways, baby.

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that has been used to balance hormones, cleanse the kitty cat, promote overall reproductive health, & soooo much more 🩷🩷🩷

Additionally, not only is the act detoxing helpful during a breakup or a full moon, but also when you feel stagnant in any sense. In order to call in what’s meant for you, you have GOT to make room & release what’s no longer serving you! I don’t make the rules 😂🤷🏾‍♀️

🌹Shameless plug: I totally recommend my ‘Angel on Earth’ or ‘Aligned’ herbal blends if you’re interested in doing a yoni steam as well. Otherwise, have fun with it! Choose whatever herbs you feel called to :)
