My Kellogg’s Superstar Summer Camp experience Day 1 ✨✨🥂🥂

This summer holiday, the @kelloggsnigeria team had organized a beautiful summer camp program for children from different ages, schools, and backgrounds. They only have two rehearsals before the performance showcase and this was their first rehearsal session (these kids grasped every step immediately and I was stunned 👏🏼)

I facilitated the dance class and it was so fun that we almost didn’t want to go home the first day 🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳🤩 thanks to my lovely assistant @iam_p.e.t.e.r for holding it down every day👏🏼👏🏼

Shout out to Ms. Ore for working tirelessly behind the scenes just to ensure everyone have the best camp experience possible @oreapple_doula @appleroobaby

Hosting two events in one day😩😩

I know it’s been a while you saw THE ELEGANT ENERGY on your screen, sorry, I missed you too😚
I’ve been busy planning the conference and of course- your girl had to celebrate a milestone 🥳🧁🍰🎂(but I’m back to work now 😎🤓)

So let me give you the gist about my experience on this day……. In between all my preparations for the conference, I had to host two events on one day and boyyyyy it wasn’t funny but I pulled it off 😌😌😌.

First I had to show up at @thebodyconfidencechick workshop 3.0 (it felt great to be back hosting 3.0 mehn, it was a beautiful moment shared with significant and stunning yet powerful women 🌸🌸🤍🤍)
I couldn’t have missed it for anything cos it’s inspiring to see women gather together in love, unity, understanding and power!!! So, I spent most of the morning on the carpet with the women and thankfully we were two hosts for the day and the delectable @celestine_queen hosted the main event in the hall.

Then I had to go celebrate Moyo @10 cos the event planner @amberlite_consult insisted that she wanted TheElegantEnergy on the mic 🎤 and who am I to say No!
I had to come up with a plan and managed to get to the party venue just in time to celebrate the beautiful Moyo. I must say the party was truly enchanting and befitting for a calm soul like Moyo 🥰.

After celebrating Moyo, I had to dash off to @thebodyconfidencechick workshop again for the after party 🎉 and I’m truly glad I made it.

Omo!!!! The story is long but thank you for staying with me 🫂🙏🏼 I appreciate all the referrals and support.

Kiana’s 1st birthday 🌸🌸🌸🎉🎉🎉💞💞💞

I honestly can’t forget this particular event in a hurry😂 ahhhh, the energy in the hall was insane and trust me to keep up with their energy too🥳🥳 that’s why they call me TheElegantEnergy 🔥🔥🔥

First birthdays are always special, you’ve spent a whole year watching your little one grow and it’s only right to celebrate that milestone. That’s why you need an MC like me to help you create an unforgettable and memorable experience 🎊🎤🎤🎤🥳🥳🥳

Imagine being an all round entertainer who can dance, Host, Act, teach, direct, choreograph, create, perform and many more…..
Sometimes people tell me they feel like I’m doing too much and I should just pick a niche…

But every time they say that, I remind myself that
I AM THE NICHE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Why should I be one thing when I can be MANY THINGS??
Never let anyone box you up when you have wings to fly!

By the way, that bottle water at the end was meant to be my mic 🎤 - yeah 😁

Me I’ve gone back to the old method cos my nail beds won’t stop breaking and I’m tired.

So, for now, no gel, no acrylic, stick on, biab, wrap, cat eye, dog head nothing nothing!! We are resting!

One thing we pride ourselves in this season is that we got the very best hands on the panel. Meet MISS RODDIE @roddielaw ; in the seat of a judge over the dance category. An exceptional creative dancer , choreographer, actor ,thespian and a grande performer in its entirety! She is ready to observe, critique, correct,enlighten and grade the dance contestants accordingly and we are thrilled to witness this on the 23rd of October! At MUSON CENTER, AGIP RECITAL HALL: 6pm!

I don’t want to settle down!!!!!

Short story: It was a Sunday service and one of the prayer points was “Receive Marital Settlement Now!!!” And the Amen was loud! But I didn’t say amen…. Instead, I immediately murmured “Me I want marital upliftment o not settlement” (if there’s a word like that).

Then I started wondering why the term SETTLE DOWN is used for marriage.

I was having a conversation about hygiene with someone and they made this statement like 5times before the conversation ended “Roddie you know Cleanliness is next to Godliness” but I disagreed and went ahead to explain why.

In my opinion- Cleanliness is not only bodily o, your mind, soul, spirit and heart needs to be clean too.

Cos some people are so physically clean that their mind and soul is DIRTY!
