The 'Dance Therapy for Creatives' that took place at Angels and Muse yesterday, was an interesting unveiling as many attendees were not sure what to expect.

In attendance were various creatives ranging from actors, poets, dancers, writers, cultural producers and even lawyers.

It turned out to be one of release, emotional unburdening and healing, as it emphasised body movement as a needed form of pause in the midst of the every day chaos.

As one of our attendees said, "Everyone needs therapy. it was the therapy they didn't know they needed."

I will be speaking at the BBoys change factors Crew battle this weekend and I will be talking about important topics that is capable of transforming and inspiring the youth of Oworoshoki 🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉 I'm excited 🥳🤩

B-boys change factor is an idea that was birthed as a 90 days challenge that aims to produce next levels professional break-dancers learning our different verse styles and perspective from one another, bringing changes to communities, engaging the audience whether children, youth, families or the elderly into hip-hop culture, and in return, inspire and grow participants in breaking events in Nigeria and become highly recognized... the event will be produced severally within the space of 90days in 2/3 different locations in Lagos state to complete its course... see flyer for event details...

As much as the video is about MY journey through SPAN, it's also about my classmates/colleagues who were with me from Day 1❤️. I couldn't have asked for a better set of amazing individuals to spend these two years with. Literally all of them dey ment but it's part of what I love about them, sometimes. Lol. I know we're all going to do great things🌟🌟, coz "WE WILL BE THERE!!"
Special shout out to all my instructors too🙌🏾❤️. Hope I didn't give you guys too much stress, especially ballet?💀😂. Thank you for all you did and all you do❤️. God bless you.
And special thanks to @sarah_fadoul_boulos for running with God's vision and executing it according to His will.
At least, now I have a good idea how it is running a dance establishment, you know, for future reference 😉🤭

I forgot to say #ShadayoShabada when they called my name 🤧😂.

This had to be the final graduation post till further notice, even though it was rushed. Welp, enjoy this mini time-lapse of my time in SPAN. I tried to fit everything into this video, but that's impossible. Lol. I managed to squeeze in a good number tho.
