Celebrating 12 years of @continentalnaples 🍾 The Naples-favorite restaurant is marking the anniversary with $12 bar bites and bevs. My favorite was the Wagyu hot dog Cuban sandwich, but the menu also features caviar-topped deviled eggs, steak sandwich sliders, oysters gratin and more. For drinks, options range from a martini and Old Fashioned to a spritz and wine. The special continues through October 12th, so there’s still a few more days to celebrate with them. 🥂 taken in Continental Naples by @roepkepr

Eighty years of an extraordinary life, career and legacy, celebrated by family, friends, and colleagues.
A physician for more than five decades, 36 years as Chair of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, one of the longest in the history of academic pathology in the U.S.

There is only one Leo. To know him is to love him, and this celebration was a beautiful reflection of the joy, friendship, and guidance he provides to so many.

A look back at a joyous birthday and retirement soirée celebrating Leo, whose birthday is today.
Happy birthday Leo! ❤️✨

Remembering Sue Zelickson — a beloved friend of our restaurants, a champion of chefs, and one of the most vibrant voices in Minnesota’s culinary community.

Sue understood that a great meal was never just about the food. It was about the stories shared, the friendships formed, and the moments that happen when people gather around a table. Her passion for restaurants and the people behind them helped inspire generations of chefs, restaurateurs, and food lovers across the Twin Cities.

With her signature curiosity, warmth, and unmistakable energy, Sue made every room brighter and every conversation richer. She celebrated the craft, the creativity, and the community that make restaurants so special.

We are deeply grateful for the countless memories, conversations, and celebrations shared with Sue over the years. Her influence will continue to be felt in every table filled, every dish created, and every connection made through food.

Thank you, Sue, for always reminding us of the magic that happens when we come together.

With love and gratitude,

“The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” Marcel Proust

This statue stood in a different place in our garden for many years, and was hidden by plants growing around her. We had her moved to this place, surrounded by hydrangeas.

My surgeon just gave me a new hip, and @damicohospitality is covering the rehabilitation plan with nourishment, including this cake.
Thank you pastry chefs @pastryleah and @amberarcuri for making my recovery a little sweeter and helping me get one step closer to the dance floor.
And thank you @msaltendorf for the thoughtful, creative and delicious idea! 🎂💃🏻❤️
