Something beautiful happens when women gather in a space and reconnect with their bodies.

They realise that the body is the holy grail. It is the Divine chalice that holds all the wisdom and all the answers they've been looking for.

The way I see the body is that it's a vehicle, but it's also a map. It takes you and guides you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, ancestral liberation and empowerment.

And this is what we witnessed and experienced at Seasons of Wisdom.

The women came knowing there was something inside them that needed to be seen, released, witnessed, held, explored and enjoyed.

And what they experienced was so much more.

They left feeling alive, like a flame had been ignited inside them.

And as a facilitator, witnessing all of this was extraordinary.

I saw women blossom like beautiful roses. I saw sisters remembering each other.

A lot of these women had never met before, and yet there was this deep remembrance.

And this is what happens when women come together, connect with each other and reconnect with themselves.

The body holds such a big part of this journey.

Seasons of Wisdom wasn't just an ordinary women's circle where we transcended the body.

It was a space where we descended deeper into the body.

And that is where we found the magic we'd been looking for this whole time. 🌹

After some deep reflection, Ro and I have decided to hold the next Seasons of Wisdom in Januray 2027, honouring the start of the new year.

Imagine all that will transpire between now and then, and the woman you will emerge as.

The morning after Seasons of Wisdom, Ro and I spent hours over breakfast reflecting on the magic that unfolded the day before. 🌹

The women who arrived, the journeys they went through, the walls that softened, and the beautiful transformations we had the privilege of witnessing.

There was so much homecoming, wholeness, sisterhood and reclamation. Women reconnecting with their self-worth, stepping into their Queendom, exploring their ancestral lineages and remembering the wisdom and gifts of the women who came before them.

And honestly, it was just as beautiful for us to experience as facilitators. To witness women opening, expressing, supporting and celebrating one another was something really special.

We also reflected on our own journey together, what we learned from holding this space, what worked, and what we're excited to bring into the next gathering.

There's something so powerful about women coming together in this way, and we're still feeling the magic of it all.

And we're only just getting started.🌹🐍

Dream came true 😍 holding the space in the secret land in Durrumball Hall mmmm … this home coming was so
Potent and real, deep ancestors work has being done 🐍 they left saying, “I found freedom within myself”
“I felt like a queen.”
“I don’t feel like the same woman anymore”
“ This was like truly Home Coming into my body “

These were some of the words women shared after Seasons of Wisdom. And I’m still feeling them.

There is something powerful about giving yourself time and space to breathe, feel, and meet the parts of you that have been waiting to be expressed. To be witnessed by other women, and feel more at home in your own body.

We’re here preparing the final little details for tomorrow’s SEASONS OF WISDOM, looking at the workbooks, feeling the energy of what’s about to unfold and going… FUCKKKKK, THIS IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING!!! 🥹

Last day to claim your space and journey with us ❤️‍🔥 Mmmm amiga 😭 I was reading through the journey Kate and I have created for Seasons of Wisdom, and I started crying.. I know what it can mean to be given space to feel something you’ve been carrying for years

Ahhhh how many feeling I can feel by doing this ? All of them and more, like I am sacred and happy at the same time 👀😈

This Friday, eight women will gather for six hours to move through Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn together 🌑🌱☀️🍂

There will be movement, stillness, music, voice, play, truth, rest and a closing fire ritual

I can’t tell you what will come up for you

Maybe it’s grief
Maybe it’s pleasure
Maybe it’s a NO you’ve been afraid to say
Maybe you simply get to spend six hours being with yourself, without anyone needing anything from you

Maybe all of them in one day uffff 🤪🤭🥰 that is a rare thing, when do you truly allow yourself to feel your multidimensionality?
