POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Something beautiful happens when women gather in a space and reconnect with their bodies.

They realise that the body is the holy grail. It is the Divine chalice that holds all the wisdom and all the answers they've been looking for.

The way I see the body is that it's a vehicle, but it's also a map. It takes you and guides you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, ancestral liberation and empowerment.

And this is what we witnessed and experienced at Seasons of Wisdom.

The women came knowing there was something inside them that needed to be seen, released, witnessed, held, explored and enjoyed.

And what they experienced was so much more.

They left feeling alive, like a flame had been ignited inside them.

And as a facilitator, witnessing all of this was extraordinary.

I saw women blossom like beautiful roses. I saw sisters remembering each other.

A lot of these women had never met before, and yet there was this deep remembrance.

And this is what happens when women come together, connect with each other and reconnect with themselves.

The body holds such a big part of this journey.

Seasons of Wisdom wasn't just an ordinary women's circle where we transcended the body.

It was a space where we descended deeper into the body.

And that is where we found the magic we'd been looking for this whole time. 🌹

After some deep reflection, Ro and I have decided to hold the next Seasons of Wisdom in Januray 2027, honouring the start of the new year.

Imagine all that will transpire between now and then, and the woman you will emerge as.

Comment "Waitlist" to be the first to book your ticket when they drop ✨️ and I will send you the link.

Much love,
Angels of Magdalene 🪽🌹

The morning after Seasons of Wisdom, Ro and I spent hours over breakfast reflecting on the magic that unfolded the day before. 🌹

The women who arrived, the journeys they went through, the walls that softened, and the beautiful transformations we had the privilege of witnessing.

There was so much homecoming, wholeness, sisterhood and reclamation. Women reconnecting with their self-worth, stepping into their Queendom, exploring their ancestral lineages and remembering the wisdom and gifts of the women who came before them.

And honestly, it was just as beautiful for us to experience as facilitators. To witness women opening, expressing, supporting and celebrating one another was something really special.

We also reflected on our own journey together, what we learned from holding this space, what worked, and what we're excited to bring into the next gathering.

There's something so powerful about women coming together in this way, and we're still feeling the magic of it all.

And we're only just getting started.🌹🐍

Our next Seasons of Wisdom is happening on November 27th, and we cannot wait to welcome another circle of women.

DM 'WAITLIST' to receive the link and be the first to claim your tickets as soon as they drop ✨️.

Babe, the laundry will still be there tomorrow.

But this day won’t.

This group of women will never gather in this exact way again.

These conversations will only happen once.
This fire will only burn once.
Whatever moves through us, whatever gets spoken, whatever gets left behind, it belongs to this moment.

We can run another retreat. We can gather again. But we can never recreate this Seasons of Wisdom.

And sometimes you have to stop waiting for the perfect time to do something for yourself and just fucking go.

The laundry can wait.

There are two spaces left around the fire. 🔥

How many times have you felt the no in your body… and said yes anyway?

How many times have you been exhausted, but kept pushing because you didn’t feel like you had a good enough reason to stop?

How many times have you swallowed what you really wanted to say, made yourself easier to be around, questioned your own feelings, or ignored that quiet knowing inside you because someone else’s comfort felt more important than your own?

And how long can you do that before you stop knowing what you actually want?

Before you stop knowing what you need?

Before you become so used to leaving yourself that you don’t even realise you’re doing it anymore?

I think there comes a point where something inside you starts asking you to come back.

Back into your body.

Back into your truth.

Back into the parts of you that are angry, soft, wild, tired, sensual, loud, uncertain, powerful, tender.

Not so you can fix them.

So you can finally hear them.

Because your anger might be showing you where a boundary has been crossed.

Your exhaustion might be asking you to stop.

Your desire might be showing you what you actually want.

Your discomfort might be trying to tell you something your mind keeps talking you out of.

And your body may have been speaking to you this entire time.

Seasons of Wisdom is a day to listen.

To step away from the noise and journey through the different seasons of the feminine through embodiment, expression, movement, ritual, fire, nature and women’s council.

To feel what’s there.

To express what has been held back.

To reconnect with your own knowing.

To remember what it feels like to belong to yourself.

Maybe you don’t need to become a different woman.

Maybe you’re just tired of abandoning the woman you already are.

And maybe it’s time to come home to her.

Have you ever gone to express what’s been on your mind, how you’ve been feeling, or something you really need to say… only to be met with:

“Just think positively.”

“Change your mindset.”

“Try reframing it.”

And instead of feeling heard and seen, you leave feeling dismissed, judged, or like you’ve somehow got your feelings wrong.

And then suddenly, instead of being witnessed, you’re being coached.

But sometimes you don’t need to be coached.

Sometimes you just need somewhere safe enough to express what is actually there.

To be angry.
To be confused.
To be sad.
To not know.
To say “no.”
To say “I actually don’t want this anymore.”

Without someone immediately trying to fix it.

This is something that feels really important to us about Seasons of Wisdom.

We’re not coming together to tell you how you should think, feel, act or express yourself.

We’re creating a space where you can slow down enough to actually hear yourself.

To meet the woman underneath all the conditioning, expectations, “shoulds” and other people’s opinions.

Because sometimes we’ve spent so long listening to everyone else that we can barely hear our own voice anymore.

There is something underneath all of that.

Something deeper.

A part of you that knows.

A wisdom that doesn't need to be taught to you.

And the more space you give yourself to listen, feel and express what is true for you, the easier it becomes to recognise your own guidance again.

Your intuition.
Your boundaries.
Your desires.
Your truth.

This is what we want to explore at Seasons of Wisdom.

A space where you can be held, witnessed and expressed — where you can move, breathe, feel, play, reflect, rest and journey into your own depths.

Not to become someone new.

But to come back to the woman who has been there underneath it all.

When was the last time you spent an entire day where you didn't have to be productive?

No emails.

No content.

No answering messages.

No looking after everyone else.

No trying to fix yourself.

No figuring out what's next.

Just six hours to breathe, move, feel, rest, connect with other women and actually hear yourself again.

Because sometimes I think we're so used to looking for the next thing to learn, the next thing to heal, the next thing we need to improve...

That we forget that our own body has been speaking to us the whole time.

That's why we created SEASONS OF WISDOM.

A six-hour immersive experience for women to step away from the noise and come back into relationship with their body, their inner rhythm, the Earth and each other.

We'll move through the four inner seasons of the feminine through embodiment, breath, movement, ritual, reflection, connection and time in nature.

And there will be space to simply be.

To sit in council with other women.

To let what you've experienced land.

To listen.

To remember.

You don't need another day of trying harder.

Maybe you just need a day to come home to yourself.

There are parts of you that have been waiting quietly.

Beneath the noise.
Beneath the roles.
Beneath everything you learned you had to be.

The woman who knows.
The woman who aches.
The woman who burns.
The woman who wants to play.
The woman who wants to disappear into silence.
The woman who wants to be fully fucking seen.

Seasons of Wisdom is an invitation to meet her.

To move through the seasons of your body and let what has been dormant begin to breathe again.

To soften where you have been bracing.

To speak where you have been swallowing your truth.

To release what your body is tired of carrying.

To remember pleasure.

To remember your voice.

To remember the ancient intelligence beneath all the fucking information.

And you do not have to enter those places alone.

We gather in sisterhood.

To witness without fixing.
To hold without asking you to perform.
To make room for whatever woman arrives.

Maybe you will recognise her immediately.

Maybe she will scare you a little.

Maybe you have been keeping her quiet for years.

Maybe you will meet her for the first time.

You are not coming here to become another woman.

You are coming to peel back enough noise to remember the one who has been there all along.

It's a bit fucked to believe that constantly being exhausted is the natural way of being.

It's crazy to know that women are actually wolves, designed with an internal compass, that's guides us to where we need to go.

We literally hold our own blueprint that is designed for our own success.
So why are we constantly seeking outside of ourselves for the answers?

We operate on a cyclical system so why should we be expected to be the exact same every single day?
Because we ain't.

And why do we feel the need to punish ourselves for resting?
We need rest to listen, and to receive.

Because when we follow our own instincts, work with our cycle instead of against it, and live true to ourselves, we develop self trust.

And to be the best versions of ourselves, we need to be so deeply rooted in that self trust .

This is your invitation to reconnect with the woman you have always been, the one who trusts herself, who listens to her intuition and follows her own authority.

Seasons of Wisdom.
A 6 hour embodiment journey through the phases of the menstrual cycle, connecting with and embodying the archetypal energy of each phase.

This isn't a workshop where you will listen to us talk all day.
This is a rememberence you will feel through your own body.

This is an awakening of the primal feminine that has always lived inside you.

You don't need more information on what to do, you need to meet the woman who already knows.

WHAT IF YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE THE SAME WOMAN EVERY DAY?

There is a rhythm within you.

A rhythm that moves through death and rebirth.
Through stillness and emergence.
Through expansion and expression.
Through turning inward and gathering yourself back home.

Just as the moon moves through her four phases, so too does the feminine body move through her own seasons.

Menstruation.
The follicular phase.
Ovulation.
The luteal phase.

Four seasons.
Four expressions of you.
Four different ways of being.

And yet, somewhere along the way, we were taught to expect ourselves to be consistent.

To be productive every day.
Available every day.
Social every day.
Motivated every day.
Desirable every day.
The same woman every day.

Your body has never asked you to live that way, and sometimes she begs you to listen.

She has been speaking to you through your cycle all along.

There is a wild, instinctive intelligence within you.

An ancient feminine compass.

The part of you that knows when it is time to rest.
When it is time to create.
When it is time to rise.
When it is time to speak.
When it is time to retreat.
When it is time to let something die so something new can be born.

She doesn't ask you to be one thing.

She asks you to listen.

And when we begin to understand our own rhythm, something begins to shift.

We stop judging ourselves for changing.

We stop asking, “What's wrong with me?”

Instead, we begin asking…

“What is this season asking of me?”

This is the invitation behind SEASONS OF WISDOM.

A six-hour embodied journey through the four seasons of the feminine cycle.

Together, we will move through each stage of the menstrual cycle, exploring the archetypal energy held within each season through embodiment, movement, ritual, and deep self-discovery.

Not to become another version of who you think you should be, but to discover the woman who is already within you.

The woman who changes.
The woman who feels.
The woman who knows.
The woman who rests.
The woman who creates.
The woman who burns.
The woman who begins again.

Because you are not inconsistent.

You are cyclical.

And there is wisdom in every season of you.

Come and meet her. 🌙🌹
