A good neighbourhood always has good coffee. ☕️

Bon Coffee in East Dulwich is one of the best in London in my opinion, and by that of the local community if the queues at weekends in anything to go by. It’s always super busy, and for good reason. The staff are amazing, the pastries are delicious and freshly made🥐, and the coffee is outstanding. Like really outstanding!! ❤️❤️

It’s amazing cafés at the heart of the community that make East Dulwich one of the most desirable places to live in London!

London’s Tube is finally catching up..and it’s long overdue. 🇬🇧When I lived in China over a decade ago, there was already full signal underground, plus banner ads in the tunnels. For London, this is genuinely great news. 🎉

By the end of this year, all 121 Tube stations — plus every tunnel between them — will have full 4G or 5G coverage, up from around 60% in June. 🚆📶

Why does this matter if you’re selling, buying, or renting? We typically find asking prices near well connected stations achieve double the value.

Of course they don’t…just checking you’re still with me. 😄 But it does mean London is catching up with hyper connected cities like Seoul and Shanghai, where residents have had this for years. London’s case for being a truly connected city just got stronger.

Now we just need better signal above ground. 🚇 Not being able to get data in parts of Piccadilly and Covent Garden is ridiculous🤦‍♂️

Maybe I’ll just stay underground.
