Fall is done and the first season of grass running with CU is in the books. Bricks were laid, grass was watered, and some hardware was brought back to the burg.

As always, the best part is the job’s not finished. No group I’d rather go to battle with next semester than this one. 🧱 taken in Spartanburg, South Carolina by @rogermalonda

When you do nothing in the group project and still get an A.

Super grateful to have added the finishing touches to the preparation for this indoor season. One that started with no coach for this group, and ended with a conference team title on the men’s side and a runner-up finish on the women’s.

Only they know what they’ve been through just to make it to the starting line with a chance. Yet, they still believed in something others would have deemed impossible just four years ago. Movie stuff.

Special group needs a special coach. Let’s get to work, the job’s not finished . 💜⚔️🏆🥇🥈 taken in JDL Fast Track by @rogermalonda

What a season it’s been for the tigers.

Still difficult to comprehend what the fellas did yesterday at the conference championships. Proud of them would be an understatement.

They believed in running for something bigger than themselves, and took a chance on themselves when no one else did. They committed to that vision before I even showed up. Grateful I got to be part of the best distance team in school history.

And here’s the best part: job’s not finished. Tallahassee, here we come. #RDT taken in Dakota Wesleyan University by @rogermalonda
