A mile for Liam. 💙

We’re proud to welcome The Volt Foundation as this year’s Rogue Marathon Kids Mile beneficiary!

The Volt crew will be there to start the Kids Mile, cheer everyone on, and help keep Liam McPartland’s memory alive through a day of community, encouragement, and kids discovering what they can do.

Join us Saturday, October 10, at 11 AM at the Jackson County Expo, and your loudest cheers! 🙌

Follow @volt.foundation to learn more about Liam and the foundation carrying his legacy forward.

📣 SPECTATORS: YOUR TIME TO SHINE.

The runners trained for months. You need a marker, some cardboard, and questionable humor. 😂

Bring the funny signs, the cowbells, and your loudest “YOU’VE GOT THIS!” Cheer for your person, and the strangers who need a little boost. Our runners really do look forward to you!

🪧 “YOU PAID TO DO THIS.”
🪧 “WORST PARADE EVER.”
🪧 “THIS IS A LOT OF WORK FOR A BANANA.”

Where to bring the noise on Saturday, October 10:

📍 Full marathon, half marathon & 10K
• Bear Creek Park, Medford
• Hawthorne Park, Medford
• Crater Lake Ford, Biddle Road

📍 Full & half marathon
• Blue Heron Park, Phoenix
• Lithia & Driveway Fields, Medford

📍 Full marathon only
• Lynn Newbry Park, Talent

🏅 Finish line: Jackson County Expo
First finishers are expected around 8:30 AM!

All listed course spectator spots have parking. Keep the route clear, hold those signs high, and let’s give these runners something to smile about!

What’s going on YOUR sign? 👇

HEY!!! PSSSSSSTTTT!!

We’ve been holding out on a little secret…

Aaron Reed from The Brothers Reed is coming to The Rogue Marathon! 🎸🔥

And he’s bringing his running shoes.

He’ll play a gig Friday night, run our half marathon Saturday morning, THEN TAKE THE STAGE AT 11:30AM at The Rogue Marathon Festival. After that? He’s heading to California for another gig.

Three gigs. Two states. 13.1 miles somewhere in the middle. 🤘

Legendary.

Join us Saturday, October 10, at the Jackson County Expo. Cheer him through the finish, then stick around for the set.

You don't want to miss THIS!!!!
