Latest completed #scconstruction project. Homeowner @mitchnovski, gave us a unique opportunity to work on an original El Porto home, and with his design and style eye, we completed this awesome project. This façade remodel had some hiccups and some larger additions like a steel staircase that wasn’t planned but now that it’s all done everyone is very happy. Everything on the front of this house was replaced upgraded/repaired along with all new windows on the top story. #scconstruction #stf #hermosawoodworks #harcofab taken in El Porto, Manhattan Beach by @roistuff

The first couple people they called to the house, said it could not be done. #holdmybeer SC Construction is here to prove it can. Customer had a really nice handmade gate that they wanted a deadbolt on because people were entering uninvited so we took it to the shop. Did all the milling necessary to make the new hinges and new door lock fit properly and also corrected the latch side, Jam, which was improperly positioned for the way the gate was going to operate with a deadbolt. #schlage now moving to the other gate in the fromt of the home cause they like this one so much. #makesuremomsfeelssafe. taken in Hermosa Beach, California by @roistuff

Here’s an interesting job, we’re building a tiny center con”saul”for a tiny Boston Whaler, 11’. (One of a KIND) Project was really fun utilizing some of the original wood from the whaler and some scrap teak/mahogany family scrap to make this center console for a cool little service boat, I will include pictures of it once it’s fitted and mounted later. Combo build between both sides off our spectrum #scconstruction/#1OffFab thank you #hermosawoodworks for letting us make mess in your space. Second year in a row for this guy. It’s been a pleasure being the judge of group #1 over the last couple years and watching these prime athletes battle for bragging rights of the beach @blake_vogelsang @annieseawright. Way to go! I couldn’t get a picture with her this year. Here’s to another Iron Man down for a great cause. #hermosabeachironman taken in Hermosa Beach, California by @roistuff
