New approach for me.

It feels like these days, being a successful coach requires better marketing and editing skills than actual training and coaching knowledge.

And honestly, I suck at marketing.

I’m tired of the fitness industry bullshit: perfect edits, AI-generated scripts, fake certainty and “optimal” everything.

I’d rather give you actual knowledge than pretend to be an influencer.

I’ve spent more than a decade learning about training, kinesiology, programming, biomechanics, strength, hypertrophy, pain, rehabilitation and performance.

So that’s what I’m going to talk about.

No Hollywood production. No pretending every video needs to be perfect.

Just raw knowledge.

If enough of you buy my coaching, maybe I’ll even hire an editor for €500/month 🤣

Until then — raw knowledge.

Roman is the definition of the “hard work beats talent” quote, and it’s been a really fulfilling journey seeing him go from a complete beginner to basically a Greek god.

Exact protocol on how @parth.chamaria and I fixed many of his injuries and pains while also getting stronger during the rehab. Previously, Parth was stuck with his progress for a long time because of it.

Chest is not a prime mover in 1RM bench press. You have been training wrong.
