Our thoughts exactly! 🤯

Melissa Jefferson-Wooden made history in Budapest, winning both the 100m and 200m at the World Athletics Ultimate Championships, including a 21.47-second 200m, the fourth-fastest time ever! by @rolan.tw

Sometimes you have to sacrifice a lot to gain a lot….
During her senior year, Melissa’s body was constantly achy from donating stem cell bone marrow to a father that was deathly ill. Her father‘s health was way more important than her future in Sports. BUT Destiny has paid her back three times over in gold.!!!! by @rolan.tw

I’ve been waiting to post this all year. To my best friend, lover, and the woman I can call mine for forever, words can’t express how overly in love I am with you. You are the reason I pop out of bed in the morning, the light that shines in my life brighter than any star. As your husband, I have watched you grow and achieve heights that we would talk about as dreams and you have found away to turn them into reality. Well a year ago, you made my dream come true. I have become a better man from it, and will continue to be the best man I can be for you! I love you, Happy Anniversary baby💙 by @rolan.tw
