2026 SDC Worlds is officially in the books!
What an incredible event from start to finish. So much talent, passion, and dedication all under one roof it was truly something special to be a part of. 🙌🏼
Huge congratulations to Team @dr_grk_usa @grk_rc_official , and especially Hayato @hayatoyoshiba_hrp216 on an incredible back-to-back victory and becoming Drift King once again! What a performance!
A massive shoutout to SHIBATA USA 🇺🇸 You guys are all seriously awesome, and I can honestly say it’s an honor to call you my teammates. I’m grateful for the laughs, support, and memories we made throughout this event. Hope everyone has a safe trip home! ❤️
And a very special thank you to Team Rolling Garage, Acuvance USA, SHIBATA USA, and 1up Racing for the continued support. I truly appreciate everything you guys do and feel incredibly fortunate to represent such amazing teams and brands.
Congratulations to every competitor and team who battled fiercely throughout the entire event. The level of driving was insane, and you all made this event so entertaining to watch.
So much talent in one room, and memories that will last a lifetime. Also would like to say it was great meeting friends in person finally.
Until the next one… Play Fearlessly!
.
Thank you @supergdrift for the amazing event!!

Due to the technical difficulties with Drift.io that caused me to zero out, my first qualifying run ended before I even had the chance to leave the line.

The staff and judges at Super G ultimately decided that it wasn’t fair for my first run to end that way and surprised me with one more opportunity to actually put down my first qualifying run.

Throughout everything, they handled the situation professionally, and I gave them that same respect in return. At the end of the day, it was a situation that was out of both of our hands.

By the time the final group finished qualifying, I was already outside of the Top 32.

Then I got that one chance.

I knew I couldn’t waste it.

I locked in, took a breath, and gave that run everything I had.

Honestly, the entire run felt like a blur. I just drove.

When I crossed the finish line, I yelled my heart out.

Then the score came up:

80.

Hearing my friends and fellow competitors erupt around me when that score was announced is something I’ll never forget.

That 80-point run pushed me into the Top 32.

From thinking my qualifying was over because of something completely outside of my control… to being given one final opportunity and making it count.

I’m incredibly grateful to the Super G staff and judges for giving me a fair chance to put down the run I never got to make.

And to everyone who erupted when that 80 came up—you guys made that moment even more special.

TOP 32. WE’RE NOT DONE YET. 🏁🔥

Huge thanks to:

SDC Worlds 2026 Day Two.

So much talent packed into one room it’s honestly incredible to be a part of. The memories from this event are going to stick with me for a long, long time.
It’s been an absolute pleasure meeting and spending time with my overseas team, while also getting to hang out with my US team.
And of course, it’s always awesome catching up with old friends and finally meeting so many of the people I’ve connected with through social media.
RC drift is more than just the cars it’s the people, the friendships, and the memories we make along the way.
What an experience.

Only a few more days until @supergdrift SDC Worlds! Super excited and can’t wait to hang out with everyone and enjoy an amazing week of RC drifting. I’m feeling ready, the car is ready, and most importantly, I’m ready to have some fun. I’ll be bringing the @hayatoracingperformance216 GRK5R HY, and I’m also excited to be running the new SG3 spec batteries at Worlds this year. Huge thank you to @amainhobbies and @protekrc.
And a huge thank you to all my sponsors for the support this year. See you all at worlds!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼.

Unfortunately we didn’t get many pictures or videos of our booth at this years @gridlifelaguna but we had an awesome time putting on a show and letting attendees use our demo cars for free!

@gridlifeofficial is hands down one of our most favorite events to setup at! It took tons of work to get everything transported and setup but was completely worth the experience and smiles made! It was awesome seeing people fall in love with the hobby and we even got to see some people bring their own cars and drive the track!

Although we couldn’t stay the whole time due to personal commitments, the two days we were there wouldn’t have been possible without the help from homies from @hardline.drift and @rollinggaragerc . It was awesome talking to people and spreading awareness of the different hobby shops throughout NorCal to help guide those interested into the hobby.

Huge shoutout to Wendy and Chris of Gridlife for having us back! And Hailey, Ellen and both Robs of @hella.usa and @racer_network for letting our staff experience the event from a top of The Beast! You guys were the best neighbors!

And last but not least we couldn’t do it without the help of other members of this awesome hobby:
- @jremick.rc
- @notachi_gelo
- Ryan of @rollinggaragerc
- @rc_driftdad / @hardline.drift / Jake
- @poulson773
- @steven.slides
- @evol.sxe
- Patrick

Can’t wait for next year!

Tonight was alot of fun at @rollinggaragerc . Had some fun and intense laps with @vittoreos, @james_realm and @figma_madness . Even tho it was a lot of fun I knew someone had to record some of it.
All of us were throwing down with our HRP5R’s.
