I COULDN’T STOP CRYING FOR 3 DAYS. 💔

And I’m not ashamed to admit that.

There was a point in my life when I didn’t know what to do, didn’t have anybody to talk to, and felt like I was carrying everything by myself.

So I made a decision.

I went to the emergency room and asked for a mental health evaluation.

That decision led to five days in a mental health facility, outpatient treatment, and continued therapy.

I’m sharing this because somebody out there might be going through the same thing I was and have NO IDEA where to turn.

As men, we have to stop acting like we’re supposed to handle everything alone.

YOU CAN BE STRONG AND STILL NEED HELP. 💯

And let’s not forget: everybody isn’t strong enough to recognize when they’re struggling or take that first step on their own.

Sometimes the people around us have to step up, too.

I’m not sharing this for sympathy. I’m sharing it because conversations like this might help somebody who feels alone.

REAL QUESTION: Why is it so hard for men to admit when they’re mentally and emotionally struggling? 👇🏾

POV: Your flight is in a few hours and you’re still trying to decide which fragrances make the trip 😭✈️🔥

Some people pack clothes first… fragrance lovers know the REAL priorities. 😂

How many fragrances are too many for a weekend trip? 👀

RYAN GARCIA JUST MADE A STATEMENT 😳🥊💥

One clean shot changed EVERYTHING.

Conor Benn got caught, Garcia smelled blood, and the fight was over before anybody could settle in. That was the kind of finish that changes the whole conversation around a fighter.

RYAN GARCIA IS BACK IN THE HEADLINES. 👀🔥

Did you see that knockout coming?

Forgiving somebody doesn’t mean they deserve the same access to your life! 💯

Sometimes forgiveness isn’t about the other person. It’s about finding YOUR peace, letting go of the weight you’ve been carrying, and learning how to move forward.

But here’s the real question… 👀

Can you truly forgive someone and still keep your distance?

Let’s talk about it in the comments! 👇🏾🎙️

🧠 ARE WE REALLY HEALING OR JUST GETTING BETTER AT HIDING THE PAIN? 🤔

Sometimes staying busy feels like progress, but are we actually dealing with what hurt us or just finding ways to avoid it?

On this episode of the Big Steppa Podcast, we get into the difference between healing and avoiding, how people navigate their emotions, and why being “okay” doesn’t always mean you’re healed.

💬 Real question: Have you ever mistaken being distracted for being healed?

Life be life’n sometimes, and one thing I’ve learned is you ain’t gotta carry everything by yourself. 💯

We all go through things that people may never see or understand, but having the right people in your corner can make all the difference.

Sometimes it’s not even about somebody having the answers. Just knowing somebody genuinely cares, listens, and checks on you means more than people realize.

And don’t forget, the ones who always seem strong need somebody too.

Who’s checking on the person everybody else leans on?

S/O to everybody that’s been rocking with me these last few years! Y’all are appreciated more than you know! 🖤🙏🏾

🚨 MEN ARE TAUGHT HOW TO TREAT WOMEN… BUT ARE WOMEN TAUGHT HOW TO TREAT MEN?! 👀🔥

This might be one of the REALest conversations about modern dating and relationship expectations! 💯

Growing up, men constantly hear how to respect, protect, provide for, and treat a woman. But how often do we have conversations about what men should expect in return? 🤔

Are we raising men to meet expectations while raising women to HAVE expectations? Or is that completely unfair to say? 👀

🎙️ This conversation might divide the room, but it NEEDS to be had!

👇🏽 LADIES: Were you taught how to treat a man or how a man should treat YOU?

👇🏽 FELLAS: Were you ever taught what you should EXPECT from a woman?

🔥 IS HE SPEAKING FACTS OR IS HE COMPLETELY WRONG?

Let’s hear BOTH sides! ⬇️

@uncdove_ recently came across a convo claiming Trey Songz’ “Ready” is better than ANY Chris Brown album 👀🔥 So he had to bring that take to @rollmodelty …

Ty’s response? Put “Ready” up against “Exclusive.” 😭🎶

So now we got a real debate:

CHRIS BROWN “EXCLUSIVE” vs TREY SONGZ “READY” 👀🔥

We’re comparing the hits, deep cuts, features, replay value, and which project aged better.

Two major albums from one of the best eras of R&B—but if you could only keep ONE, which one are you choosing? 👇🏾

Exclusive or Ready? Let the debate begin. 🔥

🎤 CONCERT CULTURE 🎶🔥

Are concerts still about enjoying the music and creating memories, or has it become more about recording everything for social media? 👀

From ticket prices to VIP experiences, phones being out the entire show, and the energy of the crowd… has concert culture changed for better or worse?
