🚨Viet Breakfast in the DMV 🍲 🍳

Open at 6 AM every day, this new Viet breakfast is part of an exclusive menu at the @RollPlayGrill location in Rosslyn. Known for its healthy and casual Vietnamese food offerings made with 100% avocado oil, RollPlay’s gorgeous Arlington location has colorful floral murals as you walk upstairs to the main dining level.

Conveniently order on the screens or at the counter and take advantage of their customization options with plenty of fresh ingredients to choose from! After ordering, hang out at the booths or high tops near their floral oasis room where you can see beautiful views of the city.

We noticed a lot of people opting for pickup and delivery through @ubereats 🚙 ☀️

PS: They have a limited selection of specialty coffee/tea that is now bottled for your convenience so be sure to check their website to see what is available!

RollPlay Breakfast:

🥩Viet Breakfast Platter (Steak and Eggs)
🍳 American Breakfast Hash Skillet
🍞 Traditional Viet or American Style Steamed Buns

✨ And That’s a Wrap on 2024! ✨

What an incredible year it’s been for RollPlay! Here’s what we accomplished together this past year:

🌙 Launched Late Night Hours: All locations are now open until 1 AM, because good, healthy, and convenient food should be available anytime!

🍣 Introduced New Salmon Protein: A fresh and delicious addition to our menu.

🥑 Committed to Seed-Oil Free Cooking: We replaced all cooking oils with avocado oil and upgraded ingredients—no hydrogenated oils here! Even our eggroll wrappers are now made with coconut oil.

🍳 Launched RollPlay Breakfast: Mornings got tastier at our Rosslyn location!

🍜 Improved Our Pho Broth Recipe: Now made with 500 pounds of premium bones for an even richer, more nourishing experience.

🤸 Hosted a Handstand Class for a Cause: We loved seeing everyone come together to move with purpose and support a great cause.

🌕 Joined the Mid-Autumn Night Market: We were thrilled to be part of the vibrant celebration at Hi-Lawn in DC.

🎨 Celebrated Vietnamese Art: Honored to participate in Night at the Museum, showcasing and celebrating the beauty of Vietnamese culture and art.

Most importantly, we’re endlessly thankful for our amazing team who made it all happen and for YOU, our incredible guests, for your continued support. 💕

We’re so excited for what’s to come in 2025 and can’t wait to keep serving you Vietnamese food that truly loves you back.

Happy New Year!

🎆 We’re open until 1AM tonight at all locations!

We’re glad to be ahead of the curve—months ago, we switched to pure avocado oil for all of our cooking. With two new studies in just two weeks suggesting a possible link between high-omega-6 seed oils and health risks, we’re feeling extra confident about our decision. From the fryers and grills to every marinade, dressing, sauce, and literally every ingredient we use, we’ve cut seed oils completely to give you the flavor, the peace of mind, and the quality you deserve. No corners cut. Taste the difference for yourself!

✨ Grateful for the Season of Giving! ✨

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! This season of giving, we’re so thankful to Mauricio Valle of @handstand_fitness for hosting an incredible Handstand & Mobility Workshop, and to everyone who joined us to move, play, and give back.

Together, we raised $500 for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Your participation and generosity made all the difference!

As we look ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to announce more exciting collaborations that will help us all move, grow, and crush our New Year goals together. Stay tuned for what’s to come—we can’t wait to share it with you!

@happyeateryva is a modern Asian food hall that combines the best Vietnamese dishes/teas from their sister restaurants @rollplaygrill & @teasnyoutea 🇻🇳🍲🍳 They just started serving breakfast — I got a little taste of some favorite dishes and can confirm it’s SO delicious (and a unique fast casual breakfast option compared to what’s around)!

Fun fact: they’re open from 6:30am-1am EVERY DAY 🤯
