Collectible 2026 - Brussels

scenography with @lisabravi for the exhibition « Echoes of use » curated by @marine.mimouni

A domestic landscape conceived as an ongoing move, where textile boxes become both receptacles and supports for stories embodied by the designers.

At COLLECTIBLE Brussels 2026, the CURATED section Echoes of Use, developed with guest curator Marine Mimouni (@marine.mimouni), invited visitors to reflect on the subtle traces objects gather through gesture, light, and time. The presentation was enhanced by a poetic scenography by Lisa Bravi (@lisabravi) & Romain Joly (@romainjolyy), whose textile installation, inspired by the structure of the cardboard box and supported by Pierre Frey (@lamaisonpierrefrey),created a delicate and immersive setting for the works on view.

In our latest editorial, we speak with Lisa Bravi and Romain Joly, scenographers of the CURATED section of COLLECTIBLE Brussels 2026, curated by Marine Mimouni (@marine.mimouni) around the theme Echoes of Use.

The theme “Echoes of Use” speaks of memory and traces of life. How did this concept guide your creative decisions in shaping the installation’s overall structure and atmosphere?

The installation does not seek to fix the objects in a definitive presentation, but rather to evoke the provisional state of moving, almost fragile, where everything could still be moved, opened, or reorganized. This sense of instability resonates with Echoes of Use: the objects exist within a moving temporality...

 Le carton; comme symbole de transition, est ici entièrement réinterprété en textile plissé et mis à l’honneur dans une vitrine donnant sur le cours Lafayette à Toulon.
 En collaboration avec les maîtres du plissage des Ateliers Lognon (@maison_lemarie).

Nous sommes ravis de présenter 𝙀́𝙩𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙪𝙭, une exposition conçue en collaboration avec les Métiers d’art @chanelofficial, à l’occasion de la prochaine édition de la Design Parade @villanoailles.
Soutenus par @le19m, nous avons eu la chance de travailler avec les ateliers Lognon spécialiste du plissage @maison_lemarie et l’atelier de confection @atelierpalomaparis.
