This season was about precision, patience, and honoring every step of the process. What begins with Pachamama (Mother Earth) in the vineyard becomes something powerful in the glass.

They left everything behind to build a life somewhere new.

Flavors of Immigration returned to @tales_of_the_cocktail for our fifth edition. A full room, immigrants and non-immigrants side by side, came to ask a harder question: not whether immigrants do the work, but whether they ever get to own it. The credit. The seat at the table.

Romina, Takuma, Roberto and I shared how we crossed borders, started over, and built real careers from the ground up. It got honest. It got emotional. By the end, the room had some tears.

This is what we came to say: the people who build this industry deserve to be seen, named, and given a real shot.

Some of the people in that room hold doors open today. Others will tomorrow. Monday was for both.
