“Without intention, we have consistently selected brands into our portfolio that are led by women. Across our industry, as in many others, women continue to be underrepresented in leadership positions. But the science tells us women are uniquely talented, having more taste receptors than men and therefore superior tasting abilities. Our portfolio has developed solely on the quality of production and is a reflection of a commitment to craftsmanship - and women are an essential part of that.”
- Romina Scheufele, Founder of The Craft Spirits Cooperative , President and Head Distiller @piscocapurro

Happy Pisco Sour day!! Pisco , specifically @piscocapurro is one of my favorite spirits to mix with for its lovely complexity and ability to play well with many flavors! Here’s a selection…1) winter pisco sour with kümmel and rosemary chicha morada…2) tropical sour with guava and blue curaçao…3) saketini with nigori sake, lychee and absinthe…4) matcha sour with matcha green tea, Yuzu and peach…5) dragonfruit sour with dragonfruit, umeboshe and plum blossom. Also no eggs were harmed in this post, aguafaba all day every day!!! #piscosourday #piscosour #piscocapurro #vegansour #vegancocktails #aguafaba #pisco

The perfect Pisco sour is frothy <read: texture> and has a long and lingering finish that makes you smack your lips and want another.

✨head over to @piscocapurro to learn the profresh way to do it ✨
