This is why when yall ask me what hood I’m from I always say Santa Fe 😂 born raised and miss it every day. But I’m so grateful for growing up here too, because I would have not met my mans had my daughters. We recently celebrated our dating anniversary (I won’t tell you the number it’s embarrassing) but it’s a big deal to us because we’ve broken up many times, made up many more times, and grew up together. Basically teen parents 🤣 and here we are Married, House, Car, dead plants in the yard… never ending laundry.

This year I was more private with my life and closed many doors, and opened 2x new doors. I healed in so many ways and it shows! I accomplished my fitness goals, I healed my inner child and became a daughter again (screams this in older first gen daughter). I was loved by my aunts and uncles showered with unforgettable laughs and memories by my cousins. And reconnected with friendships that build the personality I have today. But above all I became closer to God, and watched my daughters live an amazing year also being showered with the same love. I thank all the aunts and uncles that are a part of this village helping me raise them and build their character 😆. Finally my husband I don’t talk much about him or share everything but “he’s a good man Savanah”! And I am happy, to be his obsession 😂 Can’t wait to see what this new year brings.
