If you’ve ever dined with us, then you’ve surely had the pleasure of eating out of @lmclayman (https://www.instagram.com/lmclayman/) ‘s beautiful ceramics.

We partnered with him to create the eggshell bowls that we serve our signature quail egg dish in, and now we are partnering with him again to share a line of ceramics available to all in honor of our 10 year !

These incredible, unique pieces will all embody a little bit of Nightbird… literally. After giving the ash from our charcoal grill to @lmclayman (https://www.instagram.com/lmclayman/) , he then fired each of these pieces with that ash. The end product is a completely one of a kind, beautifully textured design with a little bit of Nightbird baked in.

So excited for this on 5/13 We will be collaborating on a four hands dinner with DC’s @tailupgoat for a tasting menu that brings our two cuisines together.

Great first day here in Taipei. At a cook coffee shop with cool vintage photography stuffs...great coffee and cool vibe @kafemeracafe but the cheesecake makes me miss @basukucheesecakes! by @ronboyd138

Winemaker Dinner : Athénaïs de Béru : 2.27.24

At Nightbird we are incredibly proud to be part of the Bay Area’s awe inspiring community of women owned businesses within hospitality and we are always extra excited when we get to welcome lady leaders in food + wine + farming from other countries to our city!

We are delighted to hosting Chablis winemaker Athénaïs de Béru for an intimate dinner in our new private dining room celebrating three of her cuvées alongside a four course dinner designed by Chef Alter to compliment these gorgeous wines.

•Terroirs de Beru Chablis White 2021
•Bourgogne Rose 2019
•Athenais Amphore Cotes d`Auxerre Red 2020

The Béru family has owned the historical Château de Béru domain for 400 years.
Until the philloxera crisis, when all the vines were uprooted, at the beginning of the 20th century, the domain used to rely solely on the wine for its revenues. It was only in 1987, that the Comte Éric de Béru, out of passion for wine, undertook to replant the entire vineyard, and in particular, the famous Clos Béru. The domain has now passed into the hand of his daughter Athénaïs who has adopted organic farming and bio-dynamic practices on their 8 hecateres and invested heavily into the production quality. These tremendous efforts are now bearing fruit (literally and figuratively), and are noticeable in the vintages that have been vinified by Athénais and her team since 2004, which showcase a beautiful minerality.

@thelindenroom Starting Tuesday you can book reservations online for our bar bites menu ($85 per person and includes 10 snacky courses including dessert). This menu changes a bit each night and is available Tuesday-Thursday. Book on Nightbird’s @opentable page by scrolling down to the experiences section! by @ronboyd138
