Wellbeing at work is important!! 💼❤️‍🩹

I’ve been there before, burnout and felt like I wasn’t listened to!

Does your workplace have a clear wellbeing program?

Wellbeing isn’t just about managing stress, it’s making sure you are in an environment that allows you to thrive, feel supported and be yourself.

Did you know that creativity is actually including in the CIPD framework? It allows you to self-express and connect

Rootliving is passionate about wellbeing being a top priority, you should be able to work at your best 💖

Successful day yesterday selling teas and doing Reiki treatments, but wishing my other half was with me. 💖

I’m going to start advertising services more now gaining my confidence to do treatments on the public.

The past few years has been a real journey with energy and understanding my gifts in healing, meditation and creativity.

I’ll be offering online and offline services as energy is existent whether you are near or far. #energy #healing #business #reiki #wales taken in Mid Wales by @root.living
