Hello kind women,

I’m so excited to be hosting a Nervous System Workshop with the wonderful Ruth from @the_somatic_healing_coach

Ruth is a trauma-informed somatic coach with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology who specialises in helping people understand and regulate their nervous systems. Her work integrates powerful body-based approaches including Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation to support lasting change.

Many of us live with a constant background hum of stress, overthinking or anxiety. In this two-hour workshop, Ruth will guide us through understanding how the nervous system works and share simple, practical tools to help you feel calmer and more grounded in everyday life.

✨ Nervous system education
✨ Understanding your triggers & “glimmers”
✨ Practical regulation tools
✨ Guided visualisation to finish

📍 Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre, Shrewsbury @msjennablairyoga
📅 Saturday 4th April (my birthday!)
⏰ 2–4pm
✨ £35 – includes workbook, Feme herbal tea from @root.living & a nourishing sweet treat

10% of profits will be donated to @shropmhs

If you’d love some new tools for your mental wellness toolbox, we would love to welcome you.

Hello kind biz owners,

I could not go into the weekend without sharing some highlights from today’s Marketing & Mocktails Q1 Business Day at @berwick_house

HUGE thank you to the incredible experts @enyamoriarty_living @justcustardcopy @lhmediauk who shared their magic with us all and of course the team at @berwick_house for letting us have exclusive access to the house for the day

Right at the end of the day we went round the room and shared what we had learnt and how everyone could stay in touch and continue supporting each other.

Each woman left the ballroom today feeling more confident and inspired than when they entered, and that to me is job well done.

What an incredibly kind and caring bunch of women this event brought together.

Thank you @happybirthingpeople @the_somatic_healing_coach @root.living @annemarieshilling @glowthnaturally @thelittlesocialmediaco_ @kcaccountancy for leaving your cosy homes and day to day and choosing yourselves! 🫶🏻

👀 eyes peeled for another Marketing & Mocktails event coming soon.

With a grateful and very full heart,
Charlotte xx
