A little food for thought from the Costa Rican jungle and a deck of cards that sparked a beautiful conversation.

What a sunrise this morning in VA Beach to kick off the @pointbreakfestival !!

Choose peace, and let the day unfold. ✨️ 💫

Pockets full of sand now
Spent it 'til it ran out
Catch me slow dancing in the evening moon
I don't wanna come down
Never gonna come down
I got all I need in the water with you

May you never dim your light to make others comfortable. 🕯️✨
Shine fully, share freely, and trust that your light is enough.☀️

It is that simple.

And it's not that complicated.

Let it go. 💫 🌟

Who were you 10 years ago?

What were you absolutely certain you would never do?

Never become?

Never overcome?

I'll go first! I NEVER thought that I would be able to stop drinking alcohol 🤯 and it was the easiest and best thing that I have ever done in my entire life! Took long enough... 🤦‍♀️

Andrew bought the kids a portable DVD player yesterday and we only had our wedding dvd from 2017 😆. We hadn't watched it in years! So interesting to watch...

I'm not even a little bit similar to that person from back then. 🤔

Look at me now 💫🧠 💪 🧘‍♀️ Never say never unless you are saying... I'll never give up.

Learn from your experiences, even the ones that didn't work out for you.

I'll never stop dreaming. 🌟

Come see me at @serenityogastudio next Tuesday at 930am to dive deeper into this topic! 💙💚

Settle in Yin… stay awhile… 🩷

Some of the most meaningful moments in practice happen when we stop trying to get somewhere.

When we give ourselves permission to pause.
To soften.
To listen.

Join Courtney on Tuesday, June 16 at 9:30 AM for a nourishing Yin practice where stillness becomes the teacher and support is always within reach.

Come as you are. We’ll be here awhile.

There is a truth so simple, most people overlook it their entire lives.

The same mind that creates your suffering is the same mind capable of creating your peace.

So the question is... What are you using it for?

WE choose our reality. We choose our life, our story.
